Since 2013, Nucleo has been delivering free, high-quality music education to children and young people in North Kensington. Today, we support more than 400 young people aged 0-20 through immersive ensemble-based learning that strengthens confidence, skills, families and communities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a communications professional who enjoys working as part of a creative team, communicating with different audiences, managing both visual and written content, and using their skills in a purpose-driven environment.

You will:

• Oversee the delivery of our communications strategy

• Maintain regular contact with our audiences across various channels, as well as maintaining Nucleo’s “shop front” spaces

• Work closely with all members of our team to ensure consistency of messaging and identity across all communications, both internally and externally

• Centre and amplify the voices of the Nucleo community, most importantly those of young people

• Help to establish Nucleo’s identity, develop our audiences, and keep existing audiences engaged and informed as we continue to grow
