We are now seeking an exceptional Trusts, Foundations & Partnerships Manager to help drive this mission forward.

About the role

This is a pivotal and high‑impact role, perfect for a talented relationship‑based fundraiser who is motivated by purpose, strategy, and the power of partnership.

You will:

• Build and manage a strong portfolio of relationships with Trusts, Foundations and Corporate partners, developing tailored engagement plans that inspire deep and long‑term support.
• Grow income from charitable trusts, foundations, and statutory funders through high‑quality applications and outstanding stewardship.
• Lead MWB UK’s Gift‑in‑Kind strategy, securing in‑kind products and managing the logistics journey from offer to delivery into field countries.
• Craft compelling proposals and impact reports that clearly articulate MWB’s vision and programme outcomes.
• Collaborate with passionate colleagues across MWB’s international network to identify funding priorities, shape supporter experiences, and maximise impact.
• Contribute strategically to MWB UK’s fundraising plans, spotting opportunities, and driving income growth.

About ASH

Action on Smoking and Health (ASH) is a leading public health charity working to eliminate the harm caused by tobacco. We work with government, parliamentarians, the NHS, researchers and civil society to deliver policies that reduce smoking and support people to quit, with the ultimate aim of ending smoking in the UK.

A key part of ASH’s work is supporting and convening professional networks that bring together organisations and experts working to reduce smoking harms across different sectors.

Purpose of the Role

The Stakeholder Engagement and Network Co-ordinator will support and strengthen several of ASH’s key professional networks, ensuring they operate effectively and maximise their impact on policy and practice. The post holder will maintain strong engagement with network members, facilitate collaboration across sectors, and ensure insights from networks inform ASH’s policy and communications work.

The role will also lead on the development of a new Lived Experience Network, enabling people with current or past experience of smoking to inform ASH’s policy work.

In addition, the post holder will support organisations to sign up to and engage with the newly launched Pledge for a Smokefree UK, helping to build a broad coalition of support for ending smoking.

Over the coming year it is anticipated that there will be a high volume of government consultations on tobacco as government prepares to implement the powers in the Tobacco and Vapes Act. The input of our professional networks into these consultations will be an additional priority.

As our new Communications and Campaigns Officer, you’ll bring your experience in digital communications to contribute towards making Possible’s work relevant, accessible and inspiring to key audiences. You’ll take a proactive approach to increasing and diversifying our audiences and finding new ways to talk about climate change with new people. 

Working across the campaigns and communications teams, you’ll create exciting and engaging content which brings our work to life on digital platforms. You’ll have a good understanding of which platforms, tone and style are best suited to reach which audiences, and an eye for analytics, monitoring and evaluating what works, and adapting accordingly. 

You’ll provide essential, day to day administrative support to our communications and campaigns teams through information sharing, calendar management and document preparation. In our small comms team, there is a lot of crossover between roles, so you will occasionally be asked to pitch into other functions such as web and press. At different times, you’ll provide support to our varied campaigns—from aviation to community energy to traffic reduction to electrical repair—offering you the chance to engage with a lot of different people, in a range of ways.

You’ll be invited to contribute to general marketing, media, outreach, fundraising and campaign strategy. And everyone at Possible helps out in the best ways they are able, by doing things like organising digital birthday cards, taking out the bins or the virtual equivalent, so there’s that too.

We usually work 9.30am-5.30pm but staff can use flexitime to work the hours that work for them depending on the day or request different standard hours.

In our Women’s Respite Service in Camden, you’ll be working with women who have faced abuse, exploitation and homelessness, often after systems have let them down. You’ll be part of a space that feels different. A space where women are listened to, where their experiences are understood, and where they can begin to rebuild a sense of control over their lives.

No two days will look the same. One moment you might be de-escalating a sensitive situation, the next you’re advocating with services, or sitting alongside someone as they begin to make sense of what they’ve been through. You’ll use your understanding of trauma, gender informed practice and the realities of violence against women and girls to shape how support is delivered, making sure every interaction is grounded in safety, dignity and respect.

You’ll hold a small but complex caseload, working intensively with women to build trust, navigate risk and move towards stability and independence. You won’t give up easily. You’ll stay curious, creative and persistent, even when progress feels slow or uncertain.

As a senior in the team, your impact goes further. You’ll lead by example, guiding colleagues through complex situations and helping to embed a way of working that truly recognises what women have experienced and what they need to move forward. The Accounts Assistant role involves:

• Processing day-to-day finances, ensuring all bank accounts and transactions are reconciled and coded correctly on Xero at month end.
• Ensuring all income is accurately processed and recorded on Xero and our CRM system (Beacon).
• Generating invoices as required, inputting into Xero, and chasing outstanding payments
• Overseeing and managing the expense card system (Volopa), topping up individual cards as required and processing payments
• Supporting the Finance Manager in the planning and production of accurate annual budgets.
• Supporting the Finance Manager with preparing documents required for annual audit.

About the role

This is a highly rewarding role for an Early Years Home Visitor to work with the ParentChild + Coordinator and to deliver ParentChild+ across Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea areas to deliver the home learning service to families to improve educational outcomes for the children and to improve their parenting skills. The postholder will work closely with Early Years Practitioners in the local authority.

Coram Family Lives is the only organisation licensed to deliver the ParentChild+ in England and has done so since 2017. The programme delivers a model based on a combination of weekly home visits and small group sessions.  Each family receives free toys, books and small group sessions over a period 37 weeks. The ParentChild+ team will deliver the home learning service to 200 children over a 4 year period. The programme also addresses a range of outcomes for parents whose children are at risk of starting school below the expected level, by modelling to parents how to create a rich home learning environment.

The successful candidate must have experience of working with pre-school children and supporting their parents. You should be able to build good relationships, have excellent organisational skills, be proficient in keeping records and entering data and have good written and verbal communication. Commitment to equality of opportunity is essential. Level 3 or equivalent qualification in childcare is desirable.

You will work flexibly and must be willing and able to easily travel around area of work with occasional travel to other areas in London.

Responsibilities and Person Specification:

This role is part of our Facilities and Property team. The Facilities and Office Assistant will ensure our office is a well-maintained, welcoming and inclusive working environment for colleagues and visitors. They will support the Facilities and Property Manager with day-to-day office running, health and safety and will work closely with teams across the organisation to create a safe, positive and inclusive workplace environment. This is a part‑time position of 28 hours per week, usually worked over four days, though we’re happy to consider five shorter days. The role is mainly office‑based, with occasional hybrid working arranged with your line manager. Your working days will be agreed with the Facilities and Properties Manager (who also works part‑time) to ensure full office coverage across the working week.

In line with the charity’s ambitious 10-year fundraising strategy, partnerships are a core component in raising vital funds and awareness to help men navigate the UK’s most common cancer. With nationally recognised, award-winning partnerships as our platform, matched with a record-high brand sentiment rating, a highly prominent cause and a marketplace looking for long-term strategic partnerships, we are building the team infrastructure to maximise our strong position through the launch of two developed functions – Account Development and Business Development. 

What the job involves 

You’ll lead our business development strategy for corporate partnerships, focusing on securing high-value, purpose-driven relationships with long-term potential (typically 6–8 figure), and building a robust pipeline to deliver sustainable income growth. 

• Own and deliver the business development plan, targeting major prospects and flagship partnerships with transformational potential. 

• Identify, prioritise and cultivate opportunities across key sectors (including sport and health), shifting activity from short-term, transactional asks to insight-led, multi-year partnerships. 

• Shape and test compelling funding propositions, working with internal experts (including Communications, Black Health Equity, Research, Health Services, and Equity & Improvement) to build integrated partnership offers. 

• Lead proposal development end-to-end: briefing colleagues, coordinating inputs, writing and reviewing pitches, and ensuring submissions are high quality, compelling and on time. 

• Take overall accountability for the business development pipeline: keeping it strategically aligned, properly valued, actively progressed and accurately forecast. 

• Improve performance through better pipeline discipline: growing value and volume at each stage, increasing conversion, and reducing lead times from opportunity identification to proposal submission. 

• Line manage and develop a team of three experienced Business Development Managers (including sector/specialist roles), setting clear objectives and coaching for confident, high-performance delivery. 

• Lead and support negotiations with senior stakeholders, ensuring new partnerships protect and enhance our brand, values and reputation. 

• Work closely with partnership colleagues to transition newly secured partners into account development so relationships are onboarded smoothly and set up to scale. 

What we want from you 

You’re a strategic, commercially minded new business leader who can spot and shape big opportunities, influence at senior levels, and convert complex partnership conversations into high-value, multi-year income. 

• Significant experience securing new, high-value corporate partnerships (typically 6–8 figure) in a commercial organisation, charity and/or agency environment. 

• A strong track record of delivering income through new business acquisition, with credible examples of taking prospects from first contact through to signed agreement. 

• Confidence developing high-value propositions and partnership packages that work for both the organisation and the partner. 

• Excellent pipeline management skills, with experience improving conversion rates, forecasting and proposal turnaround times. 

• Strong influencing and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex internal decision-making. 

• Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to coach, set clear expectations and build a high-performing specialist team. 

• A values-led approach and commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion, with the judgement to ensure partnerships align with and strengthen our brand. 

• Desirable: experience in sport, health, brand-led or ESG-focused partnerships, and/or developing transformational 7–8 figure partnerships.

How and where we work

Colleagues attend the office at least four days per month (pro rata for part-time colleagues) to collaborate, build relationships, and support projects and decision-making. You can choose where to work the rest of the time. Travel to the office is a commute, so we pay our own travel costs.

Additional in-person attendance will be required during your first few months for induction and training, to support you to learn the role and get to know colleagues.
