Our campaigns push for change on the issues that matter to women and their communities, from equal pay to climate change, mental health and violence against women. The WI has brought about real change, and this record of action shows that we are as relevant today as we were in 1915.
The National Federation of Women’s Institutes (the NFWI) is responsible for running the organisation and provides support and advice to members at both regional and local levels.
About the role
In this key position, you will shape our online campaigns to improve the lives of women as you create website and social media content and manage community engagement. Exposure to an Enterprise CMS (Squiz Matrix, Sitecore, Umbraco) and social media tools (such as Sprout Social) would be an advantage, alongside formal certification in digital marketing, social media, analytics, content creation, UX or accessibility. About the role
Taking ownership of our digital and technology platforms, you will actively support campaigns that improve the lives of women. Acceptable use of AI:
At Battersea, we value expertise. We recognise each candidate that applies to us will have a range of expertise they can offer us, so we want to hear about this in your own words. We understand the support that generative artificial intelligence (AI) software can offer but it can also lead to numerous applications presenting as generic and impersonal. This makes it difficult to gain understanding of your unique experience.
To best showcase yourself, we encourage you to write your responses without the assistance of AI. If you require the use of AI software to aid in completing your application, we ask you use the generative responses as a prompt for writing your answers and avoid copying and pasting. You must also ensure the information presented in your application accurately reflects your experience.
