Job description

Location: Newcastle

Assessment Centre: 26th of November in-person at our Newcastle Centre

Join The King's Trust as a Delivery Manager and play a pivotal role in transforming lives.

Working with a passionate team and partners across the region, you'll lead and inspire a team of frontline colleagues, ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively, and to the highest standards. You'll be responsible for driving performance, managing resources and budgets, building strong stakeholder relationships, and creating a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced people manager who can balance strategic thinking with operational delivery. You'll lead teams across Newcastle, work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, use data and insight to drive decision-making, and ensure young people receive high-quality support that helps them achieve positive outcomes.

If you're a confident and adaptable leader with experience managing people, performance, partnerships, and change, we'd love to hear from you. Whether your background is in the charity, public, private, or education sector, this role offers the chance to use your transferable leadership skills to make a meaningful impact while developing your own career within an inclusive, values-led organisation.

Why do we need Deliver Managers?

Last year, we helped more than 40,000 Young People, with three in four young people on our programmes moving into a positive outcome in work, education or training. The young people we help face a range of challenges, such as unemployment, mental health issues or some who have been in trouble with the law. We believe all young people should have the chance to succeed, and that young people are the key to a positive and prosperous future for all of us. We want to continue having a positive impact on young people’s lives and we couldn’t do this without the important work of Delivery Managers!
