What you’ll do
The Head of Employer Partnerships role is to make sure we achieve our partner growth, resubscription and revenue targets. Redemption Roasters is currently seeking a Head of Impact to lead their work to reduce reoffending. The role is responsible for the company’s social mission, identifying effective and financially sustainable ways to deepen their impact through both their social enterprise and the Redemption Roasters Foundation. The Head of Impact will oversee training and employment support for programme participants in custody and in the community, whilst shaping the strategy for the Impact Department, ensuring programmes are well-run, measurable and financially disciplined. A key part of the role is strong financial leadership - managing budgets, securing funding, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of Redemption's impact work. You will help manage our London Marathon inbox, support fundraisers on the phone, help to provide content in our communications and social media posts, review and manage applications and support logistics.
You will have excellent communication skills and ideally some experience of charity fundraising or a desire to learn more about it. You will be organised, a strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to empathise and adapt tones. You will interact with colleagues at all levels across the organisation and have a great opportunity to develop your event fundraising skillset.

The Head of Communications role is an exciting opportunity to lead on maximising the credibility, visibility and impact of Runnymede Trust’s esteemed research and policy portfolio. You will be responsible for leading Runnymede’s small communications team, developing our traditional, new and digital media strategy and supporting the development of our campaigns identity.
The role will involve providing effective leadership and oversight of all our communications activities. The working environment is often reactive and fast paced whilst also managing a steady stream of longer term project related outputs. This is a key role with the potential to shape the UK’s research and policy narratives on race and inequalities with one of the country’s leading think tanks on race and social justice. About the role
Coram Children’s Legal Centre is looking for a new Paralegal to join our dedicated, friendly and highly experienced Immigration & Asylum team.
The successful candidate will assist solicitors and senior caseworkers in providing legal advice and representation to primarily legal aid funded clients, including children and young people, parents, carers and others in relation to their immigration & asylum needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen interest in upholding the rights of vulnerable children and young people who is seeking to progress their legal aid career in the charity sector. Our fee earners benefit from a good work-life balance and realistic financial and chargeable hour targets.
Our immigration lawyers work closely with colleagues in other teams in the Legal Practice Unit (community care, family and education law), as well as with other departments within the Coram group, including Coram Voice and the Policy Team. As well as conducting casework for individuals, our immigration & asylum team undertakes strategic litigation for the wider benefit of children, young people and families, and has participated in several interventions in the higher courts.
The successful candidate should be highly organised and able to use their initiative to complete tasks independently, however we also offer excellent supervision and training opportunities, and we support all our employees in their career progression.
