Salary: £28,000 per annum

We're recruiting on behalf of a specialist London-based charity that supports people experiencing financial hardship through debt advice, money guidance and financial education services.

Key responsibilities
- Supporting clients with debt advice appointments and casework.
- Managing client enquiries and correspondence.
- Gathering and analysing financial information.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential case records.
- Providing tailored, client-focused support.
- Working towards appointment and casework targets.
- Supporting workshops and other services.
- Undertaking ongoing training and development.
About you
We're looking for someone who is organised, empathetic and passionate about helping others. Previous debt advice experience isn't essential.
You'll have:
- Experience in a client-facing or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Good numeracy and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- A commitment to learning and professional development.
- An understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding.
Experience within the charity, advice or community sector would be advantageous.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, collaborative team and play a key role in keeping the organisation running smoothly during a period of growth. You'll work closely with senior leaders, providing high-quality administrative and operational support across the organisation.
No two days will be the same. From coordinating meetings and supporting recruitment processes to managing office operations and assisting with events, you'll be at the heart of the charity's day-to-day activities.
Key responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the senior management team, CEO and Board.
- Managing diaries, coordinating meetings and arranging travel where required.
- Preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes and following up on actions.

The role
