About the role
The postholder will provide specialised and tailored advice to clients where either their No Recourse status, or complex benefits issues are acting as barriers to them resolving their homelessness. This will be achieved through one-to-one support sessions, drop in advice sessions and advocacy with external organisations. The Migrant and Welfare Advisor will provide a holistic casework support to clients subject to immigration control who do not have access to public funds. They will use their in-depth knowledge of working with No Recourse clients, to assess and refer to suitable accommodation options, including Asylum Support accommodation, host accommodation and NRPF beds (where available). They will also hold responsibility for assessing care and support needs, making care act assessments (where relevant) and supporting clients to access strength-based opportunities, e.g. cycling workshops or other.
The Migrant and Welfare Advisor will also provide advice to clients with complex benefits issues. This may include challenging DWP decisions (via mandatory reconsiderations and appeals), advising and supporting clients with benefit sanctions and issuing pre-action protocol letters, where appropriate.

The Director of Fundraising and Development is a senior leadership role responsible for driving sustainable, diversified income growth for the organisation in line with the UK strategic Funding Goal and wider global strategy. The role will oversee a brilliant team and combines a strong mass fundraising portfolio with philanthropy and partnerships, creating opportunities to unlock high-value income through global foundations, strategic partnerships, and private and philanthropic capital. Reporting to the Executive Director, the postholder will also develop and scale opportunities in impact investing, blended finance and innovative financing.
The selected candidate will have significant senior leadership experience in partnerships, philanthropy or income development, with a demonstrable track record of securing and growing funding. You will have significant experience in a broad range of fundraising disciplines, with a demonstrable track record of achieving successful results and leading high-performing teams. It is not essential to have experience in an INGO or complex, federated organisation, but is desirable.

Our Anti-Trafficking and Modern Slavery safe house in Bath accommodates victims of Modern Slavery who are being supported through the National Referral Mechanism. Our aim is to provide tailored, person-centred support and to assist them transitioning from victim to survivor. Our setting supports adult female victims of Modern Slavery, of all nationalities, faiths and sexual orientations.
As our Female Night Concierge on these waking shifts, you will ensure the safety, welfare and wellbeing of existing residents, and provide a warm welcome for any newly referred victims of modern slavery who arrive overnight. You will empathically engage with residents who might seek your assistance, and work to provide empowering support.
As well as providing support, you will be required to perform relevant administrative work, answer phone calls, and respond to any arising emergencies or out of hours referrals. To ensure the safety and security of our residents, you will carry out building checks; and as a night shift is typically quieter than our busy day shifts, you will also perform domestic/cleaning duties to support with the smooth running of the setting.
You’ll need excellent customer service and people skills, and be able to use your initiative whilst you lone work on the shift. Your experience in working with vulnerable people in a supportive setting will be put to good use. You will be proficient in using a range of IT packages, and understand the importance of accurate record keeping.

This is a newly created and exciting opportunity for someone with strong business development and leadership skills to build on the success of our Landscape Design team, while also originating and leading your own projects to strengthen commercial performance and impact.
About the role
YDMTCL currently delivers landscape design services through a team of two Landscape Architects, working across urban, rural and community regeneration projects. You will work flexibly in partner organisation settings and in the community, collaborating with individuals, carers and multi‑agency providers to assess and identify social care needs that may present barriers to clients addressing their sexual trauma.
