About the role

Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for supporting educational leadership? We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and highly organised Coordinator to join our Leadership Faculty. In this pivotal role, you’ll coordinate the delivery and operations of our leadership programmes - including the School Trust CEO Programme and NPQs - across multiple regions.

We are seeking a candidate with strong administrative experience, particularly in coordinating events and managing processes that drive successful programme delivery. You will be highly proficient in MS Office software packages - including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook - as well as online databases and search engines. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, alongside outstanding interpersonal and written communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and solutions-focused, able to adapt their communication style to suit different audiences. A commitment to the aims of the National Institute of Teaching and a genuine interest in the education sector are vital, as is a belief in the value of developing teachers and school leaders.

The role is based at either our Birmingham (B15 2HU) , Blackburn (BB1 2HT) or Doncaster (DN6 7E) campus locations, so you should be within commutable distance of one of these. The role is predominantly hybrid with the need to be on site at least once a fortnight. The role will, on occasion, be required to travel to other sites across the country and travel expenses will be paid.

Summary

The Leadership Development Team (LDT) sits within the wider Ministry Development department. The LDT provides leadership development for clergy across the arc of their ministerial life in the Church, including working closely with Dioceses to identify and support those with the potential for senior office/wider responsibility. Its co-ordinates the support to the Diocesan Bishops' Ministerial Development Review (MDR) process. It also oversees a range of Incumbents' Leadership Programmes, being developed to enable incumbents to lead their church(es) in ways that help ministry with Children, Young People and Families (CYPF) to grow.

The post-holder will take overall responsibility for these Incumbents' Leadership Programmes (ILPs) work, as well as taking on wider LDT duties as required. Effective oversight and development of these programs is essential.

The purpose of this role is to facilitate the development of Christian leaders who will be faithful to their calling, fruitful in their work and flourish as children of God as they play their part in pursuing our national vision and strategy.

The main duties and responsibilities for will include leading the ILP team by working closely with, and line managing, the Project Manager (p/t) and Program Coordinator (f/t) to develop and offer the various ILPs from start to finish of each program.

The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Audit Data Analyst to join our Research and Quality Improvement Directorate, which promotes evidence-based practice and improves health outcomes for children. This is an exciting opportunity to work on national audit programmes that shape paediatric care across the UK.

Reporting to the Project Manager (Audits), you will manage complex healthcare datasets, lead on data analysis using R/R Studio, and produce high-quality outputs for clinicians, commissioners, and policy makers. You’ll play a key role in delivering robust, reproducible analytical pipelines and ensuring data integrity and security throughout the audit lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing secure handling and analysis of complex audit datasets, ensuring compliance with data governance and protection requirements.
• Developing reproducible analytical pipelines to underpin audit outputs and support cross-audit working.
• Analysing large datasets using R/R Studio, producing results at unit, ICB, regional and national levels, and identifying trends and outliers.
• Maintaining robust data management processes within GitHub environments for version control and collaboration.
• Producing reports and data outputs for diverse audiences, including clinicians, commissioners, regulators, and patient stakeholders.
• Acting as a point of contact for technical and data-related queries from those submitting data for analysis.
• Planning analytical processes for upcoming projects and contributing to departmental reports, including interpretation and editorial content.
• Supporting the development and enhancement of data capture software and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Essential skills and experience:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in social or medical science, statistics, or another numerate discipline.
• Proven experience using R/R Studio (or VS Code) for data cleaning, aggregation, recoding, merging, and advanced analysis (including regression).
• Experience producing high-quality written reports and documentation for varied audiences.
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and version control, including experience with GitHub.
• Ability to manage and interrogate large, complex datasets and apply appropriate statistical methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
• High level of numeracy, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Desirable:

• Experience with Stata, SQL, or Python, and advanced Excel functions.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Quarto for data visualisation and reporting.
• Experience developing data export and dashboard reporting functions.
• Understanding of NHS organisational structures and experience preparing data for commissioners and regulators.

The Head of Finance’s key priorities, in close collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team, are to lead and support the strategic and annual financial planning processes, and to prepare and analyse accurate and timely financial information for the Board of Trustees and the Directors of the Trading Company, ensuring compliance with all external financial reporting requirements.

Main Duties:

1. To provide an effective and accurate financial management and accountancy service to the Executive Leadership Team, Board of Trustees and Directors of the Trading Company.

2.   Prepare annual budgets and monitor performance on a monthly basis against plan by the preparation and issue of monthly budget statements.  Make recommendations on costing assumptions to be included within all budgets. For example, inflation rates.

3. Support the strategic direction of the business by leading on the preparation of 5 year financial forecasts to support strategic planning and to ensure the long term financial viability of the business. 

4.   Prepare and maintain financial accounts in a timely fashion and ensure they are consistent with external financial reporting standards and requirements.

About MediCinema

MediCinema is a unique national, UK registered charity that improves the wellbeing and enriches the quality of life of NHS patients, their families and carers through the power of the shared cinema experience and the magic of film. We achieve this by building and running cinemas in hospitals and places of care equipped with space for beds, wheelchairs and medical equipment, and providing free films and activities for patients of all ages. Our services help to improve emotional, mental and physical health, reducing isolation, anxiety and stress, and increasing patient resilience to help them cope with what they’re going through.

Our purpose-built in-hospital cinemas are designed to accommodate patients in hospital beds and wheelchairs, on drips or with monitors. Patients are looked after by trained volunteers who accompany them to and from the cinemas, and by two nurses who are present at each inpatient screening. In addition to our regular inpatient screenings, we run Tailored Screenings for specific patient communities, working closely with the patients and clinical teams to co-design experiences that meet the specific needs of each group. We also routinely hold personal screenings for patients who are unable to mix with other patients, are receiving palliative care or are in other sensitive situations. We also run our varied Beyond the Big Screen programme that extends the impact of our services to outside the film screenings, including specially-designed MediCinema activity books, arts & crafts and special character or talent visits. The Role

We are looking for a Cinema Manager to build and run our brand new service based in the Manchester Royal Infirmary (MRI). The MediCinema will be located in the MRI, but will serve patients from across the Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, including the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital. 

The post-holder will build their team of nurses and volunteers and will work closely with them, the hospital, and with central office operations team to prepare for and run successful film screenings each week.

We will run a minimum of four regular inpatient screenings each week – exact screening numbers, times and dates to be agreed with all stakeholders, but will include evenings and weekends. There will also be a programme of additional Tailored and Personal screenings on top of the regular inpatient screenings.

The role offers a unique, exciting and extremely rewarding opportunity for someone interested in a service delivery role at the heart of our charity, involving direct contact with the patients and families we support.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

The role of the Cinema Manager is essential to ensure the effective and safe delivery of our service. The Cinema Manager is responsible for all operational aspects of the service. This includes ensuring screenings happen on schedule and as planned, recruiting and managing volunteers and nurses, and developing relationships with a variety of hospital staff and departments to ensure the service is widely promoted and utilised, and to work together on developing Tailored Screening groups and identify candidates for Personal Screenings.

The position would be part of the larger cinema managers team (all of whom operate remotely at various hospital sites) and report to the National Cinema Manager who is based in our central office in London. This position would suit someone who is self-motivated, wants a varied and interesting role and has an interest in film, healthcare and helping to improve people’s wellbeing.

Service Delivery

• Deliver a programme of screenings each week as agreed according to the operating procedures of a MediCinema, including running and managing screenings on your own. Most screenings are held in the evenings so the role requires regular evening working.
• Be responsible for:
  • Marketing the service throughout the hospital, organising collecting and returning patients, and for safety and care in the cinema itself.
  • Taking responsibility for health and safety of patients coming to the cinema, and the safety and appearance of the cinema space itself.
  • Preparing and operating the digital projection equipment for the screening, ensuring that films are screened to the highest technical standards at all times. Training and ongoing technical support will be provided for this.
  • Ensuring that all operational, welfare and safeguarding policies set out by MediCinema are followed accordingly, and that consent forms are obtained for photographic or filmed records.

Marketing and Relationship Management

• Be proactive in marketing the service within the hospital, and building key relationships with hospital staff and our partner Manchester Foundation Trust Charity.

• Support the programming and development of the MediCinema as a centre for entertainment, being pro-active in developing a creative programme of sustainable events at each site. This could include supporter events, live performance and other relevant activities.

Job summary:

The Head of Communications, Marketing & Digital is responsible for shaping, delivering, and evaluating the charity’s communications, brand, digital engagement, and marketing activity.

Reporting to the Director of Fundraising & Communications, the postholder plays a pivotal role in growing the charity’s profile, strengthening engagement, and ensuring all communication channels, platforms and content are effective, accessible, and aligned with organisational goals.

In a small charity, this is both a strategic and hands-on role, requiring creativity, strong digital skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities and duties:

1. Communications & brand

• Lead the delivery of the charity’s communications strategy to increase visibility, trust and engagement.
• Manage and protect the charity’s brand, ensuring consistency of messaging, tone, and visual identity.
• Oversee and produce high-quality content for website, newsletters, reports, blogs, case studies, and information materials.
• Support the Director in developing campaigns that unite messaging, fundraising, marketing, and advocacy.

2. Marketing & supporter engagement

• Lead marketing activity to grow audiences, increase engagement, increase participation in our services, and support fundraising objectives.
• Work closely with colleagues to create compelling campaign assets, supporter journeys, and integrated marketing plans.
• Develop marketing materials, key messages, and digital assets that support awareness, engagement, service numbers and income growth.

3. Digital leadership

• Oversee the charity’s digital ecosystem, including website, email marketing, social media and CRM integrations.
• Ensure digital content is accessible, user-focused, streamlined and optimised for engagement and conversion.
• Fully review website development and maintenance, including UX improvements, analytics, SEO, and content.
• Oversee data-led insights and dashboards to measure digital performance and inform decision-making.

4. Media & public relations

• Build media relationships and respond to press requests in coordination with the Director.
• Draft press releases, statements, Q&As, and key messages for external audiences.
• Support reactive and crisis communications, ensuring timely, accurate responses and reputational protection.

5. Internal communication & collaboration

• Support effective internal communication, ensuring staff team, Program Facilitators and volunteers are informed and engaged.
• Work collaboratively across teams to gather stories, insights, and content that bring the charity’s work to life.
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues on communications, brand, and digital best practice.

6. Other

• Manage agency and supplier relationships where relevant.
• Stay informed about sector trends and emerging tools that could benefit the charity.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential experience

• Significant experience in communications, marketing and digital roles, preferably within a charity or mission-driven organisation.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering digital and communications content across multiple platforms to multiple audiences.
• Experience managing websites, CRM systems, email marketing tools, and social media channels.
• Demonstrable experience in audience engagement, digital analytics, and campaign performance measurement.
• Experience in managing a brand profile across different audiences and different products, ensuring consistency and authority over time.

• About The Role

• Do you have experience in working with vulnerable people with complex needs in a Housing,  Hostel or Supported Accommodation environment? 
  We have a new Housing job opportunity where you will be working with a team of Housing professionals with the aim of supporting some of the districts’ most vulnerable adults to move on from temporary accommodation. 
  You will be managing all temporary and emergency accommodation placements on behalf of Cotswold District Council. The role involves working closely with homeless clients in various emergency accommodation arrangements. The aim is to assist these individuals in accessing affordable housing options and ultimately reducing the time they spend in short-term accommodation.
  • You will be based primarily within one of our Hostels working intensively with homeless clients to enable them to access the full range of affordable housing options with the aim of reducing time spent in short term accommodation.
  • The role involves travel across our district to visit homelessness households in their temporary accommodation (including Hostels and various B&B’s) with the aim of assisting them with maximising all of the housing options available to them to ensure that they are able to move on from temporary        accommodation as soon as possible.
  • Create bespoke ‘Tenancy Ready’ plans for each client and ensure that they have access to the appropriate support and resources to achieve this
  • You will also take part in assisting the Temporary Accommodation Supervisor in ensuring that full risk assessments are carried out on each client before being offered a placement in Council managed accommodation.
  • Assist with the daily running of the homeless hostel’s, ensure repairs are promptly reported to the Property Service Team and assist with ensuring H&S risk assessments are up to date and adhered to.

  You will need to have knowledge of Housing and related legislation, including the Housing Acts, case law, the Homelessness Reduction code of guidance and good practice.

  This role requires a strong understanding of professional boundaries and the ability to maintain them — even in emotionally complex situations. This is a rewarding but demanding role — ideal for someone who thrives on helping others in crisis, but who understands the importance of clear boundaries, resilience, and confidentiality. 
  You will need resilience and adaptability as you will often work with people experiencing stress, crisis, or confrontation, so it is essential you can manage these situations calmly and confidently. Being emotionally resilient and understand how to support others without becoming personally involved or emotionally entangled.
  Teamwork is essential for this role to work effectively with colleagues and external agencies.
