The Business Analyst position will see you play a key role in helping our organisation understand, shape and deliver effective change across people, process, data and technology. Working within the Business Analysis Practice, you will ensure that change initiatives are grounded in clear requirements, robust analysis and a deep understanding of user needs.

You will work closely with colleagues across Technology and the wider organisation to analyse issues, explore opportunities, and translate business needs into actionable insights and documentation. Your work will contribute directly to the delivery of high-quality solutions by producing user stories, process maps, functional and non-functional requirements, and supporting delivery teams through the full change lifecycle.

You will have significant experience working as a Business analyst within complex organisations, delivering change across people process, data and technology. You will have demonstrable experience of requirement analysis, user story development and process mapping. You will be a strong communicator, able to engage with stakeholders and to translate ambiguity into clear, actionable insights.

You will be contracted to your home address, and you will perform most of your work remotely there, with occasional travel (incl. for monthly team meetings).

You will translate analysis into actionable plans, assure readiness and adoption activity and provide portfolio-level oversight to manage capacity, minimise overload, and ensure change is embedded, measured, and sustained. You’ll collaborate closely with subject-matter experts across Change and Transformation and the wider organisation to enable successful, people-centred change.

Reporting to the Transformation Cluster Leader, key responsibilities will include:

- Set the standards for change management activities across the Change Portfolio
- Establish, assure and continually improve the standards, playbooks, and tools needed to support robust change analysis, readiness, and adoption activities across the Portfolio
- Working with Project Managers and key SMEs to create and where necessary lead, actionable change management plans and approach for projects
- Work in partnership with the Change Communications Manager and Project Managers regarding change communication as part of the delivery of the case for change and change journey

This role will cover the Newbury and Reading area, you'll be based form our Greenham Hub.

This is a Permanent role, with a mix of working at home, with out customers and in the office. You'll need a full UK Drivers License and your own transport is essential.

The Role:

As an Income Officer you'll carry out a range of tasks including negotiating payment arrangements with customers, providing welfare benefit and money advice and preparing applications for court.

You'll be on standby to visit customers in their home as well as occasionally attending court hearings.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering a comprehensive rent & service charge collection service across the region
• Monitoring customer accounts for all tenures
• Managing end to end processes

To be successful in this role you'll need:

• Knowledge and experience of either social housing, home ownership or the private rented sector

We have an opportunity for a Welfare Benefits Advisor to join our Customer Income Team in Bristol.

This is a hybrid working role with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office

The Role

As a Welfare Benefits Advisor, you'll provide our customers with budgeting and welfare benefit advice.

This will include completing Income and Expenditure statements, giving budgeting advice, benefit & grant applications, and signposting for additional support.

You'll be working with both internal and external partners including Housing Benefit, Department of Works and Pensions and independent money, debt or legal advice services

• Process bookings, enquiries, and customer information using internal systems including SharePoint, Cinolla, and Zendesk.
• Handle payments, invoices, and other routine financial administration tasks.

Centre Support

• Assist in planning activity programmes suited to customer and group requirements.
• Work collaboratively with centre teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Support operational procedures, compliance requirements, and safety checks.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Experience within outdoor education, residential centres, hospitality, leisure, or a related sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive customer experience.

About you:

The Special Events Officer is an exciting role at MDUK, that will sit within the High Value Engagement, Fundraising team.​

Many of these are in the housing and homelessness sector in England, but an increasing number are in other sectors across the UK.

The post of In-Form Customer Success Manager is a key role in the growing customer success team which represents an investment in how we engage and support In-Form customers. We are looking for a CSM to further improve our high levels of customer adoption, satisfaction and retention.

This exciting role is a chance to help the homelessness sector make the most effective use of their In-Form systems to achieve our shared vision to end homelessness in this country.  The successful candidate will typically have a minimum of 2 years working in a dedicated customer success or account management role, with a track record of driving product adoption, increasing customer satisfaction and managing commercial renewals. About The Role

As Trusts and Grants Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 20 trusts giving five and six figure grants, playing a significant role in securing vital income for Place2Be. You will take ownership of key funder relationships and lead on complex, high-value funding applications and reports. You will manage your own portfolio of grants, typically ranging from £15,000-£100,000, while contributing towards an overall team target of nearly £4m for the 2026/27 financial year, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve this shared goal.
