We’re looking for a talented and proactive CRM and Supporter Care Lead to take ownership of our CRM system and elevate the way we engage with our supporters. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring every supporter feels valued, appreciated and connected to the impact they make.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be the charity’s go‑to expert for CRM and supporter care. You’ll champion data quality across all departments, shape supporter journeys, and set the standards that ensure Treetops delivers exceptional supporter experiences at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

· Take full ownership of the primary CRM database, ensuring it is used effectively and consistently across the organisation
 

· Lead on supporter data management, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and handled correctly by all departments
 

· Ensure the primary CRM holds all relevant supporter data from every source and database
 

· Champion supporter care at Treetops, setting standards that ensure supporters receive timely, meaningful and personalised communication
 

· Lead on supporter journeys, including thanking processes, ensuring they are well‑designed, functioning and regularly reviewed

What we’re looking for

An organised, analytical professional with excellent data skills and the confidence to lead our CRM and Supporter Care strategy. You’ll bring:

· Experience managing CRM databases
 

· Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation and transfer
 

· Experience developing supporter or customer relationships
 

· Experience handling and processing large datasets
 

· Knowledge of database queries, reports and imports
 

· The ability to communicate technical information clearly to non‑experts

About the Role

We are seeking a charity professional with evaluation and impact experience, and skills to develop Lewisham Local’s business functions such as service delivery impact with a focus on impact measurements of infrastructure work, premises, and admin.

This is a newly built role to support the charity’s new ambitious three-year strategy.

Main Objectives

• Develop and deliver the charity’s Impact and Evaluation framework
• Ensure charity’s CRM Salesforce is used at every level of capturing data

Support, develop and manage Lewisham Local’s business functions such as Admin and Premises management

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Impact Measurement

• Working closely with the SMT and project leads to understand the depth of the work carried out by Lewisham Local and develop an impact and evaluation framework to measure the success of our work.
• Train and support colleagues to ensure the framework is embedded into our daily work measuring the change created as a result of the work carried out by Lewisham Local.
• Run a quarterly impact report for SMT and Board
• Introduce data capture protocols and training on using the charity's CRM Salesforce to ensure data is recorded and up to date
• Act as a champion for this across the team

Manage Admin function

• Manage the two (job share - 0.8 & 0.2 FTE) Admin officers who support the CEO, Board and take on the general office admin tasks
• Develop and improve Lewisham Local’s admin processes

Manage premises – support and training will be offered

• Manage a Premises Coordinator (0.6FTE) in safe running the Orchard Gardens Community Centre
• Support the CEO in developing premises strategy and future proposals

Together with SMT and the CEO manage Lewisham local’s fundraising function, reviewing and contributing to the grant applications.

Core Team Responsibilities

• Build and share knowledge and intelligence internally
• Build strong and effective local relationships across sectors
• Be a visible, active, positive and engaging presence within the community at local events, activities and meetings.
• Contribute and create regular communications content
• Champion the role of local giving, and the contribution of civil society in Lewisham
• Collect and process data, carry out monitoring and evaluation of our impact
• Help other team members at times of increased workload and/or specific events
• Contribute to office organisation and administration responsibilities to ensure the effective running of the organisation and staff presence at the office premises
• Manage volunteers to achieve the portfolio and charity’s aims and objectives
• Attend regular team meetings and supervision sessions as required
• Undertake training and development as required
• Contribute to writing grant applications for future projects and core work

What you’ll do

You will input and maintain donor and grant records in Salesforce, while ensuring data accuracy, monitoring incoming donations, and issuing timely acknowledgements. You will oversee due‑diligence checks, support reporting deadlines and reconcile records with Finance. You will also coordinate meetings with funders, maintain prospect lists, support research, and help identify new funding opportunities, while providing general administrative support across the Fundraising team.

What you’ll bring

You will be highly organised, detail‑focused and proactive. You will demonstrate previous experience of efficiently and accurately managing data, and providing reliable coordination support to busy teams.

Essential requirements:

• Experience working effectively in deadline‑driven environments.
• Experience using CRM databases (e.g. Salesforce).
• Ability to draft, review and quality‑check written documentation to a high standard.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Accuracy with both written and numerical information, and the ability to prioritise and process large volumes of varied information under changing deadlines.

Key details

Hours: full-time or part-time (from 28 to 35 hours per week): usual working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. Flexible working is possible and we would consider a four-day week.

Salary: £34,536 per annum FTE, plus 6% contributory pension scheme.

Location: hybrid working (a mixture of onsite and home/remote working). Staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours at our London office (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH).

We are recruiting a Grants Support Administrator to join our dynamic Grants and Programmes team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of our grants processes (both applications and live grants management) and to provide general administrative support to the Grants and Programmes team and its Directors.

In the role of Grants Support Administrator, you will be responsible for responding to general enquiries from potential and current grantees and developing and maintaining FAQs for responding to applicants and grant holders. You will work with the Grants Coordinators in processing grant applications through to award or rejection, with managing and processing live grants, and updating records on Salesforce (the Foundation’s applications and grant management CRM). You will also assist with the processing of invoices and expense claims, keeping communication materials up-to-date, and supporting Grants Coordinators with grant-holder events and meetings at the Foundation’s offices. 

As a member of the wider Foundation administrative team, you will also provide ad-hoc support to Office Services and the Nuffield Foundation’s Leadership Team when required, including supporting Trustee and Committee meetings when needed. 

We are looking for someone with excellent administrative and coordination skills, strong communication and liaising abilities, and a problem-solving mindset. You will have experience of previously working in administrative roles, and have knowledge of office systems and processes. You will enjoy working with teams and be comfortable of working with a range of people across multiple workstreams. Experience using Salesforce or working in a grant-making environment is highly desirable, but we welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds who are ready to learn and grow in the role. The Gurkha Welfare Trust provides vital support to Gurkha veterans, their families and communities in Nepal. This role’s primary responsibilities will be as follows:

 1. Develop and implement the Trust’s Individual Giving acquisition strategy across regular giving, one‑off donors, mid‑value supporters, and legacy pledgers, in collaboration with the Head of Fundraising & Communications.

2. Lead the planning and management of the annual acquisition budget, ensuring income and expenditure forecasts are accurate and regularly monitored.

3. Deliver integrated, supporter‑focused campaigns across direct mail, TV, door‑drop, inserts, press, telephone fundraising, and digital channels, ensuring activity meets agreed targets, deadlines, and quality standards.

4. Work with the Database Manager and external partners to ensure accurate data selection, segmentation, and fulfilment for all campaigns.

5. Monitor donor behaviour and key performance indicators, including attrition, response rates, and ROI, and develop strategies to enhance retention and reactivate lapsed supporters.

6. Collaborate with creative and fundraising agencies to test, refine, and optimise campaign content, propositions, and targeting.

7. Ensure the highest standard of donor care, working closely with the Individual Giving (Stewardship & Retention) Manager, Database Manager, and fulfilment providers to deliver a consistent and positive supporter experience.

8. Strengthen the regular‑giving acquisition proposition, identifying growth opportunities and mitigating donor attrition.

9. Maximise Gift Aid income by ensuring all acquisition activity includes appropriate prompts and compliance measures.

Support legacy marketing activity in partnership with the Legacy Administration team.

As part of the Operations team, the successful candidate will be responsible for playing a proactive role in the ‘Thriving Boxing Community’ element of England Boxing’s strategy, as well as having significant input into ‘A Respected and Valued NGB’ and other elements of the wider strategy.

In essence, the role will be responsible for managing, developing and enhancing the day-to-day running of the Membership Services Department to ensure all those engaging with England Boxing have a first-class experience.

The role is also responsible for the accuracy of the data on England Boxing’s database (which includes the current and past member records) and to provide support to volunteers and England Boxing staff as appropriate.
Please note the job will require flexible working hours, including occasional evening and weekend work at National Championships / other EB events.

Key Accountabilities Include:

• To lead and develop the ‘Thriving Boxing Community’ element of the England Boxing strategy. In addition, help develop and deliver the broader England Boxing strategy as required.

Person Specification - Essential:

• Minimum three years’ experience in managing, developing, and enhancing membership, volunteer, or customer services.
• Understanding and awareness of individual and club membership within a sporting environment.
• Experience in setting goals, targets and measures, and subsequent implementation plans, particularly in relation to commercialisation & CRM development
• Comfortable operating in a fast-changing and challenging environment with excellent people/relationship management skills and the ability to influence and engage.
• Track record in the successful management of budgets, volunteers and staff, including their ongoing development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Along with appropriate IT skills, specifically Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• To be resilient and able to demonstrate leadership, and have experience operating at a management level.
• Experience of writing high-level reports, policies and strategies, particularly in relation to the practical implementation of good governance within a national sporting or third sector organisation

Lightbox Gallery & Museum is entering an ambitious new phase as we prepare for our 20th anniversary in 2027. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced and initiative-taking fundraiser to help shape the organisation’s future by developing new income streams and leading our anniversary campaign, Lightbox20.

You will take ownership of the campaign activity across the organisation - developing strategy, building relationships with donors and partners, and delivering income to agreed targets. CHAIN – the Combined Homelessness and Information Network – is a multi-agency database for rough sleeping services in London. It plays a central role in the sector, allowing workers to share information with each other and ensuring their clients get the right support.  It is one of the world’s most comprehensive systems of its kind, and is used for developing London and UK-wide rough sleeping strategy and policy.

This dynamic role requires a flexible skillset, responsiveness, and a willingness to learn. Working collaboratively in our small team, you will:

About Us

Bridges Outcomes Partnerships (BOP) is a not-for-profit social enterprise that works alongside Government, community groups and specialist Delivery partners to design and deliver vital services that support people to improve their lives, in areas ranging from housing and employment to education and health & wellbeing.

The role of BOP spans project development (working with Government and others to design and launch the service), project management (coordinating the delivery phase, managing performance, and liaising with the various stakeholders) and project finance (funding the project until it starts to earn outcomes payments). About the role

In 2018 Bridges Outcomes Partnerships co-designed the Single Homelessness Prevention service with Brent Council following the Homelessness Reduction Act (2018). The service provides early intervention to prevent or relieve homelessness for single people who previously would not have received support, aiming to prevent the mental trauma associated with homelessness and stop individuals reaching crisis point.

Our services continue to evolve into models that combine homelessness prevention, refugee support, and family stability interventions to improve life chances for vulnerable people and reduce the long-term impacts of housing instability and child poverty.

The Referral & Assessment Officer is a key role within the London Partnership, it is the first point of contact for people who have experienced trauma or are struggling to find a home.  

As part of the role, you will be responsible for the following activities within this element of the service

· Receiving inbound referrals into the London central point of access, ensuing all data points are completed and case assessed to ensure referral to the right delivery partner/service.   

· Reviewing and processing referrals into the online referral portal, triaging to the most appropriate service for them.

· Ensure that referrals are triaged and allocated to a specialist organisation within the agreed timeframes

· Inputting and processing self-referrals into the SHPS case management system

· Identify, record and refer any immediate safeguarding concerns through the appropriate pathways

· Ensuring the case management system is maintained through timely and accurate record keeping

· Build strong, positive and collaborative relationships with relevant agencies to enable effective referral pathways into specialist services within the partnership and to external services

· Work closely with the Programme Manager to provide details on referral activity and outline any issues or opportunities which might need intervention.

· Ensure the service is accessible to all, recognising peoples’ differences, experiences, communication/language and accessibility needs

· Provide regular reporting to programme lead and commissioners.
