This position will lead on the management and development of projects and campaigns to acquire new and increase the value and loyalty of existing supporters across both digital and direct channels. - Using databases to inform Individual Giving campaigns
- Managing and delivering budgets and working with agencies
- Monitoring and evaluating campaigns, reporting results and make recommendations to improve performance.

As the Trusts and Fundraising Officer, you will maximise income from trusts by the creation of high-quality applications and reports to funders, and by providing excellent account management and cross-team collaboration. About the Role
We are looking to appoint an Internal Communications Officer who will play a critical role in developing and shaping the organisation’s internal communications for the staff of the Connexional Team.
The post holder will work closely with Senior Managers to ensure that the Team’s values, mission and updates are effectively communicated to all Team members working across several sites and from home, to foster a cohesive and motivated work environment.

About this role:
This is a key role working with teams from across Teenage Cancer Trust to shape our digital content strategy. As part of the Global Fundraising Team, the Digital Fundraising and Engagement Officer will support the delivery of MAG’s digital fundraising, campaigns and engagement activity to drive online action and engagement with target audiences. You will help develop compelling calls to action which have the power to mobilise support, help grow our digital channels and grow and establish audiences. This is an opportunity to work in a growing and high priority area at MAG with the ability to make a real impact on our digital engagement within the entire Global Fundraising Team.
About you:
We are looking for an exceptional Digital Fundraising and Engagement Officer to join our dynamic and successful Fundraising team. The successful candidate will have demonstratable experience of creating marketing content. You will be self-motivated, creative and have the ability to produce digital content which is instantly engaging and has both an emotional and intellectual punch. The role holder will have experience in using the latest social media trends and developments in order to manage and grow online communities and to engage as well as implementing digital plans that expand our reach, impact and income.
The successful candidate will be pro-active and have excellent communication skills. You will be expected to work across our fundraising team, helping to develop and strengthen digital engagement across all relevant online platforms. This will require excellent interpersonal skill and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues throughout the organisation.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fundraiser, working full-time on-site. The Fundraiser who will play an integral role within our team, working with the CEO, and senior management team, responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, organising events and campaigns, maintaining donor relationships, and researching and identifying new funding opportunities, building a strong pipeline of core and restricted funding, as well as donations and gifts.
You will seek to maximise funding opportunities, expand our portfolio of grant funders, and contribute to a growth in income from Trusts & Foundations. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and identifying prospective funders, writing, and submitting high-quality grant applications, and delivering excellent grant management.
You should be a proactive self-starter, with excellent written communication skills and demonstrable strong attention to detail. With experience of successful fundraising bids to trust, charities and local authority, working with grant applications and/or funding proposals utilising a range of tools to identify new funding opportunities, as well as some experience of philanthropic fundraising.

As a Supporter Acquisition Manager, you will:
- Develop and deliver annual plans and budgets for recruiting new donors through diverse channels.
- Lead an effective direct marketing donor acquisition programme, ensuring maximum income within budget constraints.
- Shape and implement mass marketing plans for cash, regular giving, and lottery programmes.
- Drive growth through direct mail, telemarketing, digital, face-to-face, and other effective techniques.
- Work with the Head of Growth and Acquisition to strategise and capitalise on growth opportunities.
- Provide motivational leadership to the Supporter Acquisition Officer, driving both objective achievement and professional development.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to base decisions on the best available insight and analysis.
