We are pleased to offer a fixed-term opportunity within the Lloyds Bank Foundation due to the current Regional Manager taking a secondment.
This is a part-time (4 days per week) position, working from home, with regular travel across North East & Cumbria and to London. The post holder must live in the North East or Cumbria.

About you

You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of relationships with charitable partners and collaborating with other charities.You will support our charity partners in becoming more resilient and stronger, enabling them to thrive beyond the duration of their relationship with us. You will do this by building trusted relationships with them, supporting them to identify their most pressing organisational challenges; and help them overcome the challenges by building the knowledge, skills and capabilities of staff and trustees. You will work with charities, CICs, and partnerships to identify the most appropriate form of support to respond to the identified priorities. You’ll be the face of the Foundation in the area, able to build strong and trusting relationships and be an advocate for community organisations across the patch. You’ll have a good understanding of the operating environment in the North East & Cumbria with well-established networks across the patch. You will also play a pivotal role in sharing learning, intelligence and insights to ensure the Foundations’ strategy development, delivery and relationship with the Lloyds Banking Group considers regional needs and the operating context of our funded partners.

Join Rape Crisis South London at a time of significant change and growth with an ambitious vision for the future, and a new leadership team. We are seeking a highly experienced Children and Young People (CYP) Clinical Lead to oversee and develop our specialist therapeutic services for children and young people aged 4–24.
We support survivors of sexual violence across twelve South London boroughs through counselling, advocacy, group work, education, and professional training.
About the Role
You will lead and manage our CYP counselling, play therapy, and trauma-informed services, ensuring high-quality clinical delivery and strategic development. This role includes strategic development of CYP, clinical leadership of all delivery, supervision oversight, safeguarding responsibility, service improvement, and management of CYP budgets and reporting.
About You
You will bring:
- A counselling/psychotherapy qualification (accredited or equivalent experience).
- Significant post-qualification experience, including 600+ supervised hours.
- At least 3 years’ clinical work with children and young people affected by sexual violence.
- Strong experience in clinical leadership and team development.
- In-depth safeguarding knowledge and experience working within the violence against women and girls sector.
- Understanding of trauma-informed practice and a commitment to feminist principles.

Job Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be accountable for the sale and purchase ledgers for the various legal entities across the group of charities and companies for which the finance department is responsible.
You will match and code invoices, prepare and run BACS payments, reconciling bank statements and working out VAT payments. You will provide a professional and efficient service to the finance function, monitoring how much is owed at all times and providing accurate financial information to the Finance Director as needed.
Finance Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
· Checking, coding and posting invoices
· Making payments via online banking.

Role Purpose
As Payroll Lead, you will manage HOST’s global payroll operations — ensuring that all staff, contractors, and hosted partners are paid accurately, compliantly, and on time.
You will bring structure, care, and precision to one of HOST’s most essential services: ensuring the people driving climate and social action receive the financial stability they need to do their best work.
This role supports both internal HOST staff and hosted partners, liaising across HR, Finance, and Community Support to deliver secure, compliant, and efficient payroll management. Core Responsibilities
1. Payroll Management
- Manage all aspects of monthly payroll for UK and international employees, contractors, and hosted partner staff.

Our large Cadbury family home with five acres of beautiful grounds is a retreat centre for justice, reconciliation and peace and, as a result of this role, will become a fantastic space for volunteers to flourish while supporting the physical place, vision and work of the charity.
Our current volunteer work includes a small group of local individuals who meet for a monthly volunteer days to work on the grounds and maintenance, and who support our retreat and fundraising events. A relationship with BT has enabled us to begin to offer voluntary opportunities for their local staff and this area is ready to be developed. Volunteers of all faiths and none are invited, but not required, to participate in the rhythm of prayer at the house, and all have the opportunity to hear about the vision and work as part of their experience with us. To work with our bookings a development plan may look like a more regular midweek volunteer day, a regular Sunday volunteer day and a schedule of individual volunteering tasks to be undertaken when staff are onsite during the week.
This post is initially funded for one year. If the role proves fruitful The Greenhouse will seek grant funding to extend it; however, continuation beyond the first year cannot be guaranteed.

This is an exciting and pivotal leadership role at the heart of Kinship’s digital transformation. In 2024, we launched a new website that brings together all our content and services under one roof, and introduced a new Kinship Compass postcode search feature. Alongside this, we have been developing a new AI-powered tool to help kinship carers get the information they need quickly and accurately, 24/7. This role will lead the evolution of these digital products, ensuring they are safe, ethical, data-driven and continuously improved to meet the needs of kinship carers.
You’ll play a key role in the Department for Education funded national Training and Support Service, helping kinship carers easily access and book high-quality training. You’ll also oversee the content design in collaboration with internal and external subject experts and kinship carers themselves.

Action Tutoring is the largest tutoring charity in the country. At the heart of our work is closing the attainment gap for pupils facing disadvantage in the UK by harnessing the power of tutoring. We are seeking an inspiring and strategic Interim Chief Executive Officer (maternity cover) to lead our growing charity, ensuring the charity continues to achieve benchmark-beating results for the pupils we support. In 2025-26, our work will reach 7,000 pupils supported by more than 80 staff and 2,500 volunteer tutors. - Proven track record as a CEO in a not-for-profit organisation, experience as an Interim CEO is desirable but not essential. The ability to get up to speed quickly will be vital.
- Experience of working within a delivery-based organisation and an understanding of how to ensure quality, efficiency, and impact in that context.
- Commercial mindset, with proven success in fundraising and/or sales targets to meet set targets and secure income for ongoing operations.
- Experience overseeing pilots of new delivery modes, applying a theory of change approach to learning.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic plans and complex projects to achieve organisational vision and mission.
- Strong communication skills, with experience representing organisations externally to various stakeholders (e.g., school leaders, partners, funders).
- Understanding of the education sector, and the needs and drivers of stakeholders across the education space.
- Ability to diagnose and dissect complex problems and encourage scalable solutions to novel issues.
- Experience in empowering senior leaders and the wider organisations to meet ambitious targets.
- Ability to foster a positive working culture, aligned with Action Tutoring’s values.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Knowledge of governance structures and experience in working closely with a board of trustees, including managing strategic risk.
- Comfortable with data and committed to driving impact across the organisation.
