About the Role
Job Purpose:
The Evidence and Impact Specialist drives impact modelling and analytics to showcase the clear health, economic, and social value of SRHR investments—demonstrating MSI’s transformative impact through compelling, data-driven evidence for donors and stakeholders.
Measures of Success:
- Deliver robust impact estimates and cost-effectiveness analyses that unlock funding and drive investment.
- Communicate MSI’s value with clarity and impact to diverse audiences—donors, policymakers, and partners—through persuasive data stories and presentations.
- Support high-performing analytics teams to consistently deliver timely, high-quality technical outputs that enhance MSI programme effectiveness and efficiency.

To perform this role, you’ll need the following skills:
- Advanced modelling and analytical expertise, including interpreting complex data and conducting impact, equity, and cost-effectiveness analyses. Proficient in DHS and PMA datasets, statistical software (STATA or R), and advanced Excel. Experienced with quantitative methods such as Interrupted Time Series Analysis and multilevel regression.
- Deep knowledge of SRHR impact evaluation methodologies, particularly in low-resource settings.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, evidence-based narratives tailored to donors, policymakers, and partners—translating complex data into accessible and compelling stories. Confident public speaker.
- Proven effectiveness in stakeholder engagement, with experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior audiences.
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills, demonstrating agility and responsiveness in dynamic, changing environments.
To perform this role, you’ll need the following experience:
- At least 6 years of experience in evidence generation and impact modelling within global health. Experience in the SRHR sector is strongly preferred, but not essential.
- Proven expertise in managing complex modelling projects and methodologies such as multi-sectoral impact evaluations in development contexts
- Experience presenting to diverse and senior audiences and have led meetings to facilitate insight generation and model development
- Experience with donor engagement and high-value project management, including reporting, and delivering strategic deliverables.
- Proven ability to work effectively across cultures, providing technical support and capacity building
Formal education/qualification
- Advanced degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Demography, Health Economics, or a related field.
- Additional qualification or formal training in impact evaluation is desirable.
- Proficiency in French is highly desirable (please specify level in your application).
- Additional training or qualifications in, impact evaluation and communication, data visualization (e.g., Power BI), and advanced Excel skills are an advantage.

Quest for Learning is an education charity on a mission to close the gap for primary school children in Oxfordshire who are falling behind - often due to complex and compounding disadvantage. Many of the children we support are growing up in poverty, with limited access to books, low parental literacy, and challenging home environments. Some face health inequalities, live in areas affected by crime, or have recently arrived in the UK as refugees or asylum seekers.

About the role
We're looking for a dynamic, relationship-focused, and highly organised individual to oversee our teaching programmes, school partnerships, and tutor network.
This role is crucial to ensuring our programmes are high-quality, well-managed, and meeting the needs of schools. You will be the first point of contact for schools, building strong relationships with headteachers and SENCOs, and ensuring that we offer the right support at the right time.
You will manage our team of tutors, ensuring they have the resources, training, and support needed to deliver our programmes to the highest standard. You’ll have a background in caring for people living with blood cancer, and ideally, experience or knowledge of supporting those with Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinaemia (WM).
As the only UK charity who solely focus on WM, we have big plans to expand and evolve our support services. Reporting to our Chief Nursing Officer, and working closely with our Community Support Navigator, you will play a central role in evolving and delivering a support programme that meets the clinical and holistic needs of WM patients, their families, and friends.
A key part to this role will be managing the UK’s only dedicated support line for people affected by WM. You’ll provide guidance, emotional support, and practical help to the 4,000 people living with WM and their loved ones – helping them understand their diagnosis, prepare for appointments, and ultimately feel empowered to live well with their condition.
You will also be leading the development and launch of The WMUK Support centre, an innovative new online service, bringing WM specialists together to offer tailored, holistic support across the UK.

The Role
The Head of Fundraising is a pivotal leadership role, reporting to the CEO and joining the SMT.
You would be responsible for developing, implementing and delivering income generation strategy.
As the sole dedicated income generation specialist, you will take a hands-on approach to all aspects of fundraising and business development, identifying opportunities, building partnerships, securing funding, and maximising income from a diverse range of sources.
The fundraising income is currently c£300,000 per year and they have ambition to grow this to £500,000 over the next three years to ensure that they can continue to be there for older people when they are in need.
You would lead and manage the acquisition of potential donors, cultivate relationships, solicit donations, and engage in ongoing stewardship activities to retain and grow support.
The Candidate
This would suit a a proactive hands on fundraiser, happy to be a sole fundraiser within a wider supportive team.
Someone with a proven track record of securing significant income from at least three of the following individual giving (including High Net Worth and regular giving), trusts/foundations, corporates, community, and/or legacy support.

The Role
Yorkshire Cancer Research currently operates 15 shops across Yorkshire and are embarking on a retail expansion programme, with plans in place to open a further 20 shops across Yorkshire over the next three years. This is a role which forms part of the retail expansion plan. Reporting to the Head of Retail, the Retail Area Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of existing shops, and for the new shops as they open.
The Retail Area Manager will lead by example and ensure that employees, volunteers, supporters, donors, and customers understand how their contributions are making a difference to the lives of people in Yorkshire and beyond.
Specifically, you will:
· Provide day to day line management responsibilities for Shop Managers and Retail Support Managers, including coaching, inspiring and motivating team members so they are clear about their role and feel fully supported in driving the charity forward.
· Work closely with Shop Managers and Retail Support Managers with regards to rota management and provide support where necessary to ensure each shop is sufficiently staffed.
· Be accountable for an area budget and achieve or exceed budgeted income, expenditure, and contribution (net income).
· Ensure that all charity policies, shop standards and operating procedures are communicated effectively to all Shop Managers and effectively cascaded to volunteers. Regularly review that they are all maintained and followed in a consistent manner.
· Ensure our shops are presented to the highest standards with attractive visual merchandising and window displays and coach the Shop Managers to continually improve visual merchandising standards and share best practice.
· Lead, coach and develop the Shop Managers and Retail Support Managers, role modelling the internal PDR approach and wellbeing focus.
· Act as the “go to” lead for the Shop Managers on a day-to-day basis to help resolve operational issues, referring to Head of Retail for support with more complex issues.
· Act as an ambassador of the charity’s values, challenging misaligned behaviours and ensuring the values are integrated into all aspects of management.
· Create a welcoming professional atmosphere and deliver high standards of service for all employees, volunteers, customers and supporters.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will need:
· To be educated to A-Level or equivalent.

Being a Head of Fundraising at St Wilfrid’s
As an interim Head of Fundraising, covering maternity leave, you will need strong leadership skills, a passion for fundraising with a track record for delivering financial results, and a desire to work for a meaningful cause. This role leads an incredible team of 12 dedicated fundraising professionals who, along with the support of our event volunteers, work tirelessly to support our Hospice. Their dedication to, and care for, our supporters generates over £4 million annually, which is vital for funding our care.
This role is pivotal in ensuring our fundraising department thrives, and will be responsible for:
- Developing, implementing and managing a comprehensive fundraising budget, including forecasting for the future, working closely with the Director of Income Generation
- Developing effective fundraising programmes in all revenue streams, identifying priority areas – to enhance the fundraising portfolio of income generation activities; consistently evaluating and adjusting plans and strategies
- Ensuring the close management of income and expenditure, making adjustments where necessary to ensure good financial management
- Leading, building and motivating the Fundraising team, providing leadership and management and overseeing development and training, to enable individuals to reach their full potential
- Collaborating closely with our marketing and retail heads as one of our department leads
