Job description

You will effectively manage the overall administration of the church and church owned premises so that the physical, technical and operational infrastructure of the church is organised in such a way as to maximise our ability to achieve our vision and that ministers are released to concentrate on their specific roles.

Streatham Baptist Church is a large, lively church situated in South West London.  We believe Jesus has called us to be a worshipping church that embraces diversity.

This is a full time position with flexible working, which will include Sunday mornings and some evenings, based on 40 hours per week over 5 days.

You will have proven personnel, project and financial management experience and skills in analytical and strategic planning and implementation.  You will be highly computer literate and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task, set priorities and work to deadlines.  We are seeking a committed Christian who is a team-player, self-motivated and flexible with the ability to work under their own initiative.

The closing date for applications is 28th November.  Candidates who are shortlisted will be invited to attend an interview on 13th December.
