Job description

The Queen’s Commonwealth Trust (QCT) champions, funds and connects young people across the Commonwealth who are working hard to drive positive change in their communities. QCT is made up of a small, dynamic and highly passionate team working collaboratively with aligned values and an agile culture to bring the mission to life.

We are looking for an established fundraiser who will play a key role in building and delivering the fundraising strategy for QCT. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for an energetic and talented fundraiser who is passionate about social impact and keen to use their skills to connect supporters with a youth-focused cause.  The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high value relationship fundraising from UHNWIs and/or companies. Experience in raising money internationally would also be an advantage.

Given the start-up stage of QCT, this is a flexible and dynamic role. The Head of Fundraising will focus on recruiting new supporters – both face to face meetings with prospects and preparing proposals and presentations.
