We Are Survivors are looking for an individual, who has the passion, motivation, and keen eye for detail to come and join its ever-growing (and utterly amazing) Central Operations Directorate, as our new Admin Co-Ordinator.
For the past 15 years, We Are Survivors has provided survivor-focused therapeutic and advocacy support to male victims/survivors of sexual abuse, rape, and sexual exploitation. Last year we saw a 133% growth in the numbers of young people facing homelessness coming through our doors. Now, nearly half of them are - or recently have been - sleeping rough and with the numbers of young rough sleepers in the capital growing at an alarming rate, New Horizon Youth Centre has had to take decisive action to unlock support and housing for this group. The Head of Services - Rough Sleeping is a brand-new role for the organisation and will lead on developing a new internal strategy for young people facing rough sleeping, as well as holding operational oversight of our established youth-specific street outreach function and emergency accommodation hub, both of which are unique in London. You will need to be strategic in approach and an excellent relationship builder. You will act as our lead colleague on relationships with the Greater London Authority and London Councils’ rough sleeping teams, working with them to ensure our learning and insights inform policy and ultimately open up access to emergency support for those under 25. Alongside this you will need a keen eye for operational detail, have experience of delivering homelessness services, and be passionate about piloting new solutions to prevent homelessness among young people. Global Canopy is a data-driven not for profit delivering real transparency and accountability for market impacts on nature and people. Our special focus is on ending deforestation – an essential step in achieving urgent global goals on climate, nature and human rights.
We are looking to appoint a Nature case writer within Global Canopy’s education and learning team.
Education is critical to GC’s goal to drive uptake of nature-related risk management practices in financial, business and policymaking communities in both emerging and developed markets; and to help strengthen capacity among civil society to help hold powerful actors to account.
Case studies and use cases are an important part of capacity building through education and learning, helping market participants develop an understanding of key nature concepts in the context of real-life scenarios, and support the development of critical analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, and implementation in relation to nature-related issues and nature-related finance.
To be successful in this role, these are the things that will matter the most:
- Strong writing and research skills, as well as excellent analytical, communications, and interviewing skills.
- An ability to navigate multi-stakeholder projects with emotional intelligence
- Communication skills that enable engagement with senior professionals across a range of sectors from policy to finance on potentially complex and sensitive issues
- Knowledge and experience of either nature-related finance and/or global trade and supply chains gained ideally either working with or within the private sector

Being Head of Fundraising at St Wilfrid’s
As Head of Fundraising, you’ll be leading an incredible team of 12 dedicated fundraising staff who, along with the support of our event volunteers, work tirelessly to support our Hospice. Their dedication to, and care for, our supporters generates over £4 million annually, which is vital for funding our care.
This role is pivotal in ensuring our fundraising department thrives, and you will be responsible for balancing income generation with cost control, team leadership, and collaborating closely with our marketing and retail heads as one of our department leads. The team will be stewarding our amazing supporters and donors across fundraising areas such as Events, Community, Gifts in Wills, Corporate, Individual Giving, Trusts and Foundations, and Philanthropy.
Experience at a senior level in managing a varied and innovative fundraising environment, with a £2 million+ turnover, is crucial. But, more importantly, you must have a passion, and drive, for empowering teams and achieving meaningful results. About you

We are looking for someone with event management expertise who has excellent communication and relationship building skills to join the team responsible for delivering our programme of events. You’ll have good negotiation and presentation skills, a focus on detail and the ability to manage a variety of tasks often to tight deadlines.
About the role
The Information Events Coordinator will deliver our information events programme consisting of face-to-face and online events hosted by the team and held throughout the UK, developing the strategy for the programme and implementing event activity with the aim to increase participation and attendance.
You’ll be responsible for the planning, co-ordination and delivery of the events, including marketing and promotion, as well as logistics and resourcing. You’ll be required to attend several weekend events throughout the year so should be able to travel across the UK as needed.

This is an opportunity to join Refuge as a Service Manager to support women and children who are impacted by domestic abuse and other gender-based crimes. In this role you will provide line management and support to staff who work with and help women and their children who have experienced domestic abuse and are staying in our Lambeth refuges. Our Lambeth refuges are culturally specific services for women and children of African and Caribbean heritage. This will include providing supervision on complex casework issues such as child protection, overseeing operational emergencies and ensuring high standards of casework.
