You will be responsible for providing an efficient service in a range of tasks including UK premises, travel coordination, HR Operations, service delivery management and IT support.

Established in 1997, Jigsaw4u provide a range of services for children, young people and families experiencing complex social and emotional difficulties in South West London. As a member of our Senior Management Team (SMT), you will help to deliver and shape Jigsaw4u's vision and strategy. Administration
You will support the whole organisation with a range of administrative tasks which will include:

Cover Support
You will provide cover on the front of desks of both our sites: Cancer Support Centre, Northumberland Road and our Charity Hub, Whitham Road which will include:
· Meeting and greeting visitors including supporters and patients and acting as their first point of contact for any queries.
· Dealing with telephone, email and postal enquiries across the organisation
· During cover period, you may be required to open and close the patient spaces, as part of a wider team rota.
· Booking in and logging patients onto the relevant records and databases to provide accurate data.

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 per week
Contract: Permanent (subject to 3-month probation period)
Salary: £22,744 - £23,749 (pro-rata)

About the role
As Operations Administrator, you will be an office superstar performing a range of support tasks to equip and enable the team to fulfil its mission of seeing the lives of offenders and their communities visibly transformed.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact for all staff, clients and visitors, meeting and greeting visitors to the office at all levels of seniority.
- Screening enquiries and requests via phone, email and post, handling them when appropriate.
- Taking telephone referrals and responding to referral agencies’ queries, typically regarding client eligibility, course dates and current client attendance
- Building and managing relationships with service contract providers including phone, internet and printers
- Maintaining office systems, including filing, data management, shredding of sensitive information and managing stock.
- Maintaining the Newcastle office environment to a high standard, ensuring they are equipped and resourced, and ensuring the smooth-running of life in the office through the management of room bookings, parking rotas and diaries.
- Providing administrative support to the Operations team.
- Providing virtual support to staff based in Edinburgh and Teesside.
- Supporting our Outreach teams to thrive by removing barriers, helping solve any operational problems and ensuring they’re equipped and resourced to do their job effectively.
- Support the planning and participate in raising funds for the organisation, for example an annual fundraising event.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Operations Administrator who is a problem solver and has a can-do attitude.
To succeed in the role of Operations Administrator, your key skills will include:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent IT skills and ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Experience in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A good eye for detail
- The ability to work and contribute as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- The ability to manage self, including balancing conflicting priorities

We Are Survivors are looking for an individual, who has the passion, motivation, and keen eye for detail to come and join its ever-growing (and utterly amazing) Central Operations Directorate, as our new Admin Co-Ordinator.
For the past 15 years, We Are Survivors has provided survivor-focused therapeutic and advocacy support to male victims/survivors of sexual abuse, rape, and sexual exploitation. More recently, we have been commissioned by NHS England to provide trauma-informed support within each North West prison establishment.
Each of the incredible survivors and individuals that walks through our doors or requests our support, begins their journey by completing a referral, you will help support the processing of these – from referral opening to closure. As well as supporting the Operations Team in the maintenance of high-quality client data and providing other general administrative functions that helps the running of our support services.
