About the role:

As our IT Helpdesk Officer, based in Kings Cross, you will be at the heart of ensuring every colleague has the tools, systems, and support they need to deliver life-changing work. From maintaining a smooth and stable IT service across all our locations to working closely with third-party providers, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our organisation connected and effective.

This is a role where every day brings variety. You might be resolving a technical issue for a frontline worker in one of our services, managing system access to ensure our security standards remain high, or travelling across London to set up IT equipment in a new location. You’ll be involved in the delivery of projects and system implementations, from launching new contracts for internet and telephone services to helping integrate innovative solutions that keep us moving forward. Your knowledge of Office 365 security, cloud management, and best practice in IT support will be key to helping us work smarter and achieve more.

About you:

• Experience in Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support over a number of channels including face to face, phone, email, text, chat and video. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Strong organisational skills and shows enthusiasm to all duties. 
• Ability to manage issues and questions via a ticketing portal, updating clients in a timely manner and following tickets through to resolution. 
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware including cloud servers, desktops, laptops and network equipment. 
• High level of personal organisation with the ability to plan and prioritise own work. 
• Has experience in Microsoft applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The ideal candidate

• Holding a caseload of people who are sleeping rough where their substance and/or alcohol use
• Ability to conduct street outreach at sleepsites and known hotspots within the Borough
• To actively promote and work in a way which encourages harm reduction
• To work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure positive outcomes are achieved, safeguarding is shared and to increase the persons access to support services.
• Increase the total number of people accessing structured treatment & recovery through a bespoke pathway for rough sleepers as well as sustain treatment for these individuals, reduce harm, and support bespoke planned treatment exits or transitions into community-based services (continuity of care).
•  Reducing barriers of accessing Primary Healthcare services, such as GP registration, attending hospital appointments and specialist health services by advocating for and supporting clients.
• Attending and coordinating client related MDT’s and attendance at meetings relating to the rough sleeping community
• You will promote and deliver Naloxone training & distribution to those on your caseload 
• You have excellent communication skills and can create positive working relationships with a wide range of people, including external services.
• You will support the development of the service and ensure that you are delivering a solution-focussed and strength-based approach.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and forward-thinking Capital Project Manager to oversee the management and development of the school estate.

Reporting to the Head of Estates and Projects and working with the estates team, you will be responsible for delivering the capital developments across the estate, including a focus on new schools, sustainability projects and efficiency standards.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing SCA project priorities, budgets and delivery from inception to end of defects
• Managing the opening and delivery of new free schools with the DfE, design teams and local authorities
• Managing and supporting estate condition, maintenance and asset management
• Managing capital elements of academy conversion projects
• Planning, procuring and delivering high-quality estate and project services
• Managing and monitoring external technical advisors

Role Overview

During the nine month contract, you’ll be responsible for project-managing the roll-out of our refreshed brand across all channels, event and audiences. The Organisation

The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments across eight Royal Parks in London. The Role

As a Community Engagement Officer, you will identify, engage and build relationships with underserved local communities to help them access, enjoy and participate more fully with the central parks.

Alongside a small and dedicated team, you’ll help build a thorough understanding of the challenges local communities face by identifying gaps in provision and trialling solutions using a co-creative approach around nature, heritage and wellbeing.

You will become an integral part of our new Access and Engagement team, helping to roll out the new Access and Engagement Plan for the charity, delivering activities in the parks and support the recruitment of new volunteers.

The Role

As the Records Officer, you will support the development and care of a structured archive of both physical and digital records. You’ll review, evaluate, and catalogue materials of potential historical significance, ensuring they are either preserved appropriately or securely destroyed when no longer needed.

Working closely with the Senior Information Governance Manager and Records Manager, you’ll help prepare records for transfer to The National Archives in line with legislative requirements. You’ll also play a part in promoting and raising the profile of The Royal Parks Archive across the organisation and beyond.

This is a hands‑on role that will suit someone passionate about archives, knowledge preservation, and the heritage of public institutions.

Additionally, you will:

• Assist in developing and maintaining an archive of physical and digital records
• Review paper and digital records not selected by The National Archives but which may hold historical or organisational value
• Assess materials marked for destruction, ensuring anything of potential interest is retained
• Prepare records for secure destruction where appropriate
• Support the transfer of both paper and digital records to The National Archives
• Engage stakeholders and raise awareness of The Royal Parks Archive

About the Role

The Arts Foundation is seeking an energetic and experienced Development Manager to join its small, high-impact team. This is a key role supporting the Director in expanding the charity's fundraising and development activities and producing a series of high-quality events in support of artists and the Foundation's charitable aims and objectives.
