Job description

The Mighty Creatives is a charity committed to Social Justice for young people through arts, culture and creativity

We are looking for someone to join our team as Partnerships Development Manager to work closely with our CEO and Creative Mentoring programme Manager.

This new role within TMC will lead on the development and delivery of a comprehensive income generation strategy and action plan for the charity’s work.  You will also support the Creative Mentoring Manager with the development of new partnerships for the Creative Mentoring Programme, paying particular reference to the Creative Mentoring Growth Strategy. 

You will bring with you a proven track record in income generation and fundraising at a senior level, you will have experience of developing strong relationships that lead to successful partnerships.  You will have experience of delivering against income targets.
