Field Advisor

Location: Astolat, Coniers Way, Guildford, Surrey, GU4 7HL

Salary: £30,107- £31,517 (Full Time Equivalent)

If so, you may be the Field Advisor we’re looking for — helping carers across Surrey feel connected, empowered and valued.

The Details

  • The role is available on a full time basis and will include some evening and weekend work. Job share approaches are welcome.
  • A driving licence and access to a car are essential, as the role involves travel across Surrey working in the community or carers’ homes
  • You’ll work within a team who work flexibly across evenings and weekends, ensuring accessibility for carers around work commitments and family responsibilities
  • You’ll be reporting to our Advice & Guidance Manager, working closely with the Carer Compass leadership team.
