About this role:
This role is a new position beginning in April 2026, as part of the new Croydon Mental Health Partnership pilot programme (MHP) led by Croydon Voluntary Action. The MHP is part of the Building Brighter Futures (BBF) initiative funded by the Maudsley Charity. Reaching Higher is one of the BBF consortium members.
Main purpose of this role:
The Co-ordinator will provide early, relational, trauma-informed interventions for young people (15–19) presenting with mild–moderate emotional wellbeing, mental health, and social needs.
This role will deliver timely engagement (contact within 72 hours), needs-based assessments, short-term support, and warm handovers into the most appropriate pathway across the BBF consortium, avoiding duplication and repeated storytelling. The role is central to the front-door and allocations model, ensuring young people receive the right support, at the right time, from the right organisation.
This new role is perfect for someone who is looking to grow their skills in partnership working, including building partnerships between statutory services and the voluntary sector, while making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people. The Membership Account Manager leads the development, delivery and growth of FareShare South West’s membership programme across the West of England region. The role ensures that Community Food Members (CFMs) receive an outstanding experience, that surplus food is used effectively to strengthen communities, and that membership growth aligns with organisational strategy. Through excellent relationship management, data-driven insight and collaborative working, the postholder drives recruitment, retention and development of CFMs, ensuring FareShare South West maximises its impact across the region.
Membership Management
- Provide account management to all CFMs, resolving issues quickly, and provide enhanced support for key groups (e.g., large CFMs, programme-funded CFMs, high-impact beneficiaries).
- Oversee member onboarding, service changes, cancellations and annual renewals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Relationship management

Programme delivery

Schedule and organise visits to schools, agreeing agendas with the schools in advance to include elements including meeting pupils and teachers, leading feedback sessions and focus groups and supporting the development of their social action campaigns.

Schedule and deliver assemblies with primary and secondary schools partaking in the programme.

Ensure schools submit invoices on time as part of their grant funding, providing support where needed and coordinating with the finance team to ensure prompt processing.

Book and arrange assemblies, coordinating between schools and our Bite Back Ambassadors.

Support the School Ambassadors with travel logistics as they deliver assemblies in schools across England and Scotland.

Maintain and regularly update programme management software and associated data to ensure accurate and up to date information for all participating primary schools.

Ensure successful end-to-end support for the 10+ primary schools participating in the programme throughout the next school year.
Project support

Provide support to Programme Manager in the delivery of projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope.

Coordinate our relationship with our partners in The School Food Project, including Chefs in Schools, School Food Matters, Food Foundation & Jamie Oliver’s Group.

Support the national rollout of the Bite Back in Schools Primary programme by contributing to the design, development, and refinement of engaging, age-appropriate resources for primary settings, building on insights and proven impact from two successful pilot programmes.

Assist with the organisation and delivery of Bite Back events throughout the year, including travelling as needed to support the Youth teams' operational requirements.

Working closely with the prison and their staff, people in prison, Shannon Trust volunteers and mentors, this post will lead the delivery and development of our prison-based reading and numeracy programme, maximising opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.
Ideally you will have some experience of prison settings underpinned by the ability to build relationships and personal qualities that include resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach.
This role is a fixed-term role until 31st May 2027, with the opportunity to be made permanent subject to contract renewal.

Main purpose of the role
The Community Leader is responsible for ensuring that the Community is living the mission of L’Arche, by providing excellent and sustainable care and support services, support for spirituality, and engaging with our neighbours and the wider community around us.
The Community Leader will:
- Lead the Community by responding to the needs, choices and context of our members while being faithful to the L'Arche UK Vision and Values, the L'Arche International Identity and Mission Statement, and to a co-created Community Mandate and plan;

As Finance Manager at The Sussex Beacon, you will be joining a small but agile senior management team helping us to drive forwards our strategy and business planning.
We’re looking for a Finance Manager with strong experience in financial management, analysis, and reporting to ensure our day-to-day finances and budgets run smoothly while supporting effective long-term decision-making. You’ll bring insight, structure, and clarity, turning data into decisions that make every penny count for the communities we serve.
You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with our volunteer Finance Director to ensure that we meet regulatory requirements and provide accurate information to our Board of trustees.
