We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join us for a 6-month fixed term contract to support the delivery of a high-quality recruitment service to both hiring managers and candidates.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll support the wider Recruitment team in providing a first-class recruitment service to both hiring managers and candidates.

This is an exciting position where you can use your skills and experience to help one of the UK’s largest charities find the best people to join our workforce and support our mission to fund life saving research.

Supporting the recruitment for both our retail and office roles, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of the recruitment service including:

• writing and placing engaging adverts
• arranging interviews
• providing feedback to candidates
• making offers of employment

You'll be an ambassador for British Heart Foundation (BHF), providing a seamless experience for our candidates at every touch point of the process. You'll also be able to get involved in recruitment project work around our career site, recruitment processes and systems.

Working arrangements

This is a 6-month fixed term contract.

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.

About you

With excellent communication skills you'll be able to build strong working relationships with managers from across all areas of the business. You’ll have sound knowledge of recruitment practice and how to implement it in an in-house environment.

Ideally, you'll have proven experience of working in a customer facing role or a position where you are providing excellent customer service. You’ll also have up-to-date knowledge of recruitment/employment law and an understanding of how it impacts BHF processes and procedures.

About the role 

We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Bid Manager who can actively craft commercial tender submissions and work with the team to ensure we submit high-quality, winning bids within UK government procurement rules.

About the role

We are seeking an organised, proactive and diligent Membership and Engagement Coordinator to lead on the administrative support for our members and the wider Engagement team. The post holder will be responsible for providing a seamless experience for members wanting to join the ESU or for those renewing their membership. The Membership and Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for developing relationships with members and branch chairs, finding ways to involve members in the work of the ESU and maintaining oversight of the organisation’s CRM. · Support the Membership Manager to implement a new recruitment strategy to grow ESU membership in agreed target audiences

· Work with the Membership Manager to ensure a straightforward renewals process, this includes sending email and postal renewal communications, updating lapsed memberships and taking credit and debit card payments.

· Assemble and dispatch Welcome Packs to new members.

· Act as the first point of contact for current and prospective members and assist with their queries.

​We need an exceptional People Team Advisor. This is a key post in supporting the management and staff of the FEC. • Provide and Support Administrator in the management information reports relating to HR, for example absence data, annual leave allowances, training compliance etc.

• Support Head of People in the development of HR policies, Rewards/Benefits, and other HR related projects, as requested.

• Previous experience of working in a fast-paced HR team, providing first level advice on HR policies and procedures, employment law and employee relations issues.

The Community Health and Wellbeing Worker will speak to households about health and wellbeing, alongside offering support to connect people to services and activities in their local community.

Main duties include:

· Managing a caseload of households.

· Providing monthly home visits and providing a continuous point of contact for all members of the household.

We are seeking for a Programme Officer in the Leaders in Innovation Fellowships (LIF) team.

The role

As Programme Officer, you will provide operational and administrative support across the entire portfolio of LIF activities, focusing on the LIF Global programme and the LIF Community. This role will involve some international travel.

Precisely, you will support the programme by organising training and mentoring, local and international events for a global network of engineering and technology entrepreneurs; and building and maintaining a sustainable international network of LIF alumni.

LIF empowers entrepreneurs who are making a positive impact in their communities with novel technologies. LIF Global is the flagship, entry-point programme that supports innovators with a technology prototype to create an entrepreneurial mindset, and the LIF Community ensures a sustained mutually beneficial relationship with the Academy beyond the initial programme period.
