About the role?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our team covering North Ayrshire and surrounding area. You will be a passionate supporter of quality driven, outcome centric, advocacy provision and in coaching others to achieve the exacting standards of excellence in advocacy required to support our clients.
Your role will require you to travel across the area to meet with your colleagues and be home based for administration; therefore, access to your own transportation and a suitable home internet connection is essential.
About you
We are looking for a strong and resilient leader with experience of managing a team. Desirably you will have worked or volunteered in a welfare, supporting role, or caring for adults or young people who have support needs.
You will be committed to driving high performance and practice standards by actively engaging with our Practice Management team to interpret data. Thereby, making informed decisions and ensuring that the highest standards of advocacy are achieved.
You will ensure a culture of learning and continuous development through a mix of team and supervision meetings, and reflective practice.
You will be experienced in managing risks relating to the safety and wellbeing of staff members and the safeguarding of service users.
You will be experienced in communicating with commissioners and writing up reports to demonstrate all performance measures.

You will be responsible for ensuring your team delivery of the highest standards of advocacy, ensuring that all contact with clients is outcome driven.
You will support your team and ensure that they have the necessary skills to make a difference in peoples lives on a daily basis. Assisting them to grow in confidence and empowering them to assist those in need of support.
You will work resourcefully and collaboratively with people across the organisation to assist you and your team, fostering a learning culture where all views are respected.

We are looking for a high-calibre candidate to take up a fixed-term, maternity cover role as Centre Leader at our
IntoUniversity centre in Weston-super-Mare. You will have responsibility for running your IntoUniversity centre, including
managing your team, planning and delivering the programme, liaising with external stakeholders and meeting
IntoUniversity’s targets for delivery. A substantial element of this role is delivering our education programme to children
and young people aged 7-18, so you will need to have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for working with young

We are looking to recruit a full-time adviser to join our Working on Wellbeing Employment team. You will empower our customers to find volunteering, education, training, or work. This could be in group training, either in person or online or in one-to-one sessions.
You will also market our services to potential referral partners and employers.
Travel to meet with our customers or stakeholders across your local area is part of this role. This area includes Cardiff, Merthyr, and Rhondda Cynon Taf. You may travel outside of these areas to work with Working on Wellbeing’s wider teams.

About You
- You will have experience of advising customers with their journey towards employment.
- You will show that you are passionate about improving disabled people's lives.
- Have excellent diary and time management skills. Through this you will be able to be effective in the management of a caseload.
- Be dynamic, results-focussed, and comfortable working to targets.
- Have a track record of achieving outcomes online and in face-to-face meetings.
- You will have the confidence to deliver sessions to our customers. This will be both in groups and one-to-one.You will be comfortable in both an online and in a face-to-face environment.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to provide advice in a meaningful, appropriate, and supportive manner.

- Being a fluent Welsh speaker is desirable.

About the role
As Facilities & Governance Coordinator you will act as a first point of contact in our London office, and work in collaboration with the Governance team across their full range of activities, and consult regularly with the rest of the organisation, Trustees and Members. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing a professional and welcoming service to all internal and external visitors to the office.
- Managing all office signage (to include door and reception screens), ensuring these are accurate and up to date at all times.
- Managing diaries for all office meeting rooms, co-ordinating necessary arrangements for internal and external meetings, to ensure efficient and appropriate use of the meeting space available in line with office guidelines.

- Providing ongoing day-to-day management of all office suppliers and service contracts, including but not limited to preferred suppliers for facilities maintenance. We are seeking an experienced Rent Officer to join our small, dispersed Rent Team which consists of a Rent Team Leader; two Rent Officers, and two part-time Rent Team Administrators which sits within our Housing and Property services. In conjunction with our Supported Housing services, the Rent Team is responsible for the collection of the organisation's rent and other property charges. As a Rent Officer you will manage a caseload of properties and will be responsible for monitoring rent accounts; ensuring that appropriate action is taken to maximize rental income. You will ensure accuracy of rent accounts’ and service users’ information held on the rent management database (Pyramid).
