Events Administrator
We are seeking an organised, dynamic, and flexible administrator to support our extensive events calendar. This includes large assemblies, forums, and training sessions. The post-holder will maintain accurate attendance records on the database and maintain membership details. They will collaborate closely with staff across teams to ensure that all aspects of organising events are covered from the planning to evaluation stage.
The successful candidate will be very IT savvy with high levels of literacy. They will have solid experience of providing effective administrative support to a range of people and functions within an organisation, as well as experience of planning and administering a range of training activities and network meetings. Our staff are expected to have a positive influence on culture and values within the organisation and reflect those positive values externally with stakeholders.

A Payroll and Pensions Manager is required to oversee the processing of payroll and pensions for the University. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience to the role, coupled with a strong understanding of financial regulations.

Job Description
- Manage and oversee the processing of the company payroll and pensions of around 650 employees.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial and tax regulations.
- Work closely with HR and Finance Departments to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Handle any payroll and pensions related queries from staff.
- Implement improvements to the payroll and pensions processes.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of end of year accounts.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and legislation.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll and Pensions Manager should have:
- Actively studying towards or qualified in CIPP (QBE is also considered).
- Comprehensive knowledge of payroll and pensions processing.
- Excellent understanding of tax and financial regulations.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.

National Eczema Society is the UK charity dedicated to making life better for people with eczema and their families. As a relatively small and agile organisation, they punch above their weight and have big ambitions.
As Research Engagement Lead you will lead on medical research and patient research engagement for the Society.
This is a new role at National Eczema Society and demonstrates the charity's commitment to growing their support for eczema research. There is considerable scope for the postholder to shape the way the Society supports eczema research in the future. They have an ambitious strategy, including establishing a research grant programme and creating an 'Experts by Experience' patient panel to ensure research engagement drives the change people with eczema want most. The postholder provides the principal channel of communication and advice between the charity and the eczema research community.
The successful candidate will have experience of research grant administration and a background working with patients and supporting the involvement of patients and carers in research. You must be confident communicating complex science to a broad spectrum of people (ranging from researchers to the general public), be able to plan, budget and monitor grant award expenditure and be comfortable taking decisions and responsibility.

Are you a proactive Operations Manager wanting to work with a charity?
We are proud to be partnering with a great national organisation that supports people in the community. They provide free, independent, impartial, and confidential advice on a variety of issues. They are looking for an Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of the organisation and a suitable environment for the delivery of services on a full-time basis (35 hours a week) in their SW3 office, initially for 6 months with a possibility of becoming permanent.
You will be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the workplace, including managing all office facilities, liaising contractors to ensure that the premises comply with legal obligations, sourcing and maintaining equipment, liaising with the IT provider to resolve IT issues, and updating the office manual. You will also contribute to the development of policies, update contracts and agreements, and support improvements to their service. You will organise a variety of meetings, including assisting with the preparation of agendas, circulation of meeting papers and record minutes as required. You will also provide recruitment administrative support and maintain accurate records on the Bright HR software.
This role requires operations and office management experience. The successful candidate will be a personable and reliable team player with experience of proposing and implementing changes to processes, knowledge of data protection regulatory requirements, and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with a range of stakeholders. They will also show demonstrable innovative ability to suggest recommendations for improvements to processes or activities and be a proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite Programmes.
