We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Legacy and In Memory Marketing Team. The Marketing Executive will sit within the Legacy Conversion team, working across direct mailings, legacy journeys and other warm supporter activity.

As a Marketing Executive in the Legacy and In Memory Giving Marketing Team, you'll specialise in the planning and delivery of campaigns, developing supporter engagement and specific onward journeys to encourage emotional connections and future legacy giving. This team supports the RNLI by raising funds through gifts left to our charity in Wills and in memory giving. This is an important time for the RNLI’s Legacy and In Memory fundraising team. With 6 out of 10 lifeboat launches funded by legacies, this will be a key area of focus for the charity going forwards.

Your role

As a Marketing Executive, you will be tasked with focusing on the following areas:

• Supporting Marketing Managers to deliver marketing campaigns, projects, and other fundraising activity.
• Campaign planning, briefing and administration on a range of channels, from print to digital.
• Supporting on campaign delivery and briefing our in-house creative and digital teams.
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, volunteers and agencies.
• Understanding and interpreting data to help inform and develop marketing activities.
• Managing purchase orders and timely goods receipting invoices.

About you

You’ll be an experienced and proactive Marketing Executive able to support the development and delivery of impactful, successful campaigns and fundraising activity across legacy giving.

To be considered for the role of our new Marketing Executive, you will need:

• Experience in planning and managing fundraising/marketing campaigns.
• To be capable of building strong and collaborative working relationships, both within the existing team but also with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external. 
• Confidence in understanding campaign performance data and communicating results and optimisations to stakeholders.
• Proven experience of working across multiple projects to tight deadlines.
• To have excellent communication skills (both spoken and written).
• An understanding of legacy fundraising (desirable).

Sheffield Cathedral is embarking on an ambitious seven-year journey as a resourcing cathedral, pioneering mission in the inclusive catholic tradition. Key duties:

You’ll also work closely with our partner organisations, developing joint marketing plans that effectively promote exclusive and discounted benefits for BVA members.

You'll be bringing a strategic mindset as well as strong practical skills - from writing engaging content, overseeing multimedia production, and optimising email campaigns, to interpreting data in GA4 to improve performance. You should be confident working across various CMS platforms and multiple channels, with an eye for accessible, user-focused design and messaging.

The Roundhouse is a world-renowned music and arts venue in Camden and a registered charity supporting over 10,000 young people aged 11–30 each year.

The Roundhouse’s 13-person fundraising team has recently increased its ambitious annual target, largely driven by strong performance from the Trusts and Statutory team. Operating within a successful mixed economy model, the charity benefits from a diverse range of income sources – including ticket sales, commercial hires, and an increasingly ambitious programme of grants and philanthropy.

Trusts and statutory funding is a core part of this model. This year’s £600k  Trusts target has almost been met, supported by a strong pipeline, multi-year relationships, and a wide portfolio of fundable work across employability, wellbeing, and diversity. The postholder will also be responsible for Arts Council England reporting.

With programmes closely aligned to youth sector priorities and policy initiatives, this role offers the opportunity to build on solid foundations and contribute to the organisation’s next phase of growth.

As Senior Trusts and Statutory Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage a successful team (Trusts and Statutory Manager and Coordinator), delivering and growing the team’s £600k annual income target
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of trust and statutory prospects by crafting compelling proposals, narratives, and packages of support
• Steward key long-term funder relationships, including Arts Council England, and take responsibility for accurate reporting and statutory funding compliance
• Identify and shape new funding opportunities across a broad portfolio, including youth employability, mental health, creative skills, and inclusion
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across Fundraising, Programmes, and Evaluation to ensure projects are designed with purpose, evidence, and impact

Ideal skills and experience: 

• Proven success in securing high five- or six-figure grants from trusts, foundations, or statutory funders
• Strong track record of creatively packaging compelling cases for support that align funder interests with organisational priorities
• Experience managing and growing funder relationships with a strategic and entrepreneurial approach
• Experience managing teams (formal or dotted-line) with a collaborative and supportive leadership style
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a skilled storyteller capable of crafting persuasive funding proposals and impactful reports
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, including board members, funders, and programme leads
• Experience in youth sectors is desirable, as is familiarity with funders such as Paul Hamlyn Foundation, Garfield Weston, and bigger strategic funders

In partnership with the Royal Berkshire & Thames Valley ODN, we’re expanding our work to include a Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) surveillance and early liver disease detection programme in Royal Berkshire & Thames Valley.

• Can work independently, engage with stakeholders, and drive community outreach.

We’re looking for a flexible, compassionate and organised Project Worker to join us from October. You’ll support our Winter Night Shelter, assist with guest services and casework, and lead on communications through social media and newsletters.

This varied role offers a unique insight into frontline homelessness work, while building skills in project delivery, volunteer management, and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Staffing 2 evening shelter shifts per week (Nov–Apr)

• Supporting volunteers and guests during shelter operations

• Managing bookings for showers, laundry, and wellbeing sessions

The Caseworker NOVA Wales will manage and support a caseload of vulnerable veterans initially in South Wales. As an integral and highly valued member of the team, you will provide peer support and practical assistance to colleagues and people using the service.​

Team: Community Fundraising

Location: North West covering Cheshire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Lancaster and Cumbria (successful candidate must be based within the region as this is a hybrid role working both from home and within the region)

Work pattern: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £30,809.93 per annum

Contract: 12 months fixed term contract

Responsibilities of our Community Fundraising Volunteer Team Leader:

• To recruit, develop, retain and support a diverse team of volunteers to enhance community fundraising activities and income generating opportunities.
• To lead on the promotion and coordination of volunteer activities within a community fundraising hub working collaboratively with the Community Fundraising Officers to drive income generation within the local vicinity.
• To provide practical, role specific and pastoral support for community fundraising volunteers adopting an exemplary approach to volunteer management and volunteer engagement.
• To ensure our dedicated volunteers have excellent experiences and have the skill, resources and motivation to maximize income generating opportunities.

About the Community Fundraising team:

• We sit within the Community Events team
• Our team is responsible for leading and supporting community activities to drive and grow our community fundraised income.
• We currently have a team of over 30

What we’re looking for in our Community Fundraising Volunteer Team Leader:

• Evidence of raising funds in a community fundraising environment
• Good experience in volunteer management/ supervision
• Experience as a team leader or supervisor
• Direct experience of working with volunteers
• Experience in Community Fundraising
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
