The role
As the Programme Manager, your role is pivotal in supporting the delivery and continued development of the Systems Approaches in Government programme, driving the advancement and application of systems approaches across government. You will have strong programme management skills and experience that you can apply to mobilise systems approaches and their application in an engineering policy context.
Working closely with the Programme Lead and Programme Officer, your responsibilities encompass a diverse array of tasks, from coordinating the delivery of workshops and projects to nurturing relationships with stakeholders within and beyond government. Collaborating with policy experts and external partners, you'll spearhead initiatives aimed at promoting systems approaches, both internally and externally. Through the development and dissemination of learning resources, you'll equip Academy colleagues with the skills needed to embed systems approaches into policy formulation and societal responses.
You will champion the adoption of innovative approaches to address complex societal challenges, aligning with the overarching programme vision and Theory of Change. Within your role you will be responsible for ensuring accurate monitoring and reporting of the program's impact. You'll also be instrumental in maintaining operational efficiency by overseeing processes, managing risks, and fostering stakeholder engagement through effective database management.
In addition to operational duties, you'll play a vital role in elevating the programme's profile through integrated marketing strategies and collaborative partnerships. By leveraging the programme's outputs and networks, you'll contribute to the broader strategic objectives of the Academy while actively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Location
Our light, spacious head office is based in a fantastic location in central London with views over St James’s Park and close to the West End. - developing a strong partnership with all available specialist services, charity and business partners; managing a dedicated team of volunteers as well as providing direct support to people with SCI with more complex support needs.
- Nationally, working to facilitate the link between people with SCI and SIA and partner services:
- Referring people with SCI and their families to our clinical/ health expert support teams and advocacy services; working with the Digital Engagement team to build on-line links to regional partners in your area; supporting fundraising, campaigns and communications.

Job purpose:
There's already a growing rewilding movement across Wales. Increasingly, land managers are looking for ways to incorporate rewilding into their practices, at a time the Welsh Senedd is investigating ways for Wales to meet its net zero and nature recovery commitments. Building on this, you'll help support the development and delivery of a collaborative and locally-led rewilding vision and work to ensure that it is mainstreamed within Welsh Government policy and practice.
Objective of the Role:
In collaboration with key Welsh organisations and stakeholders, develop, research and lead the delivery of evidence-based policy influencing, public affairs and campaigning activities which support the mainstreaming of rewilding into policy and practice in Wales.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the planning and delivery of policy and influencing activities in Wales, primarily through working with and developing new partnerships in Wales
- Keeping up to date with changing policies and legislation in relation to rewilding, identifying opportunities to deliver positive change

- Gathering intelligence and research, summarising evidence and communicating learning in order to develop these policy positions

Terms and conditions and staff benefits
This is a full-time role at 35 hours per week, but we're open to applications from those looking to work 28 hours or more per week.

The Associate Solicitor will lead our legal team in Britain and oversee our cases in England and Wales.
The role requires a qualified solicitor with experience of running litigious cases. Our main practice areas in Britain are: (i) public law and human rights; (ii) employment and discrimination and (iii) defamation law. The post-holder will have particular expertise in one of these areas. Our cases also involve data rights, freedom of information, criminal law, actions against the police, charity law, education law, international humanitarian law, and immigration issues.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Required experience, knowledge and skills
