Are you passionate about shaping modern digital platforms and delivering secure and reliable services at scale? As the M365 Support Engineer within Cadet Digital Services, you will play a role in designing, developing and improving the CadetNET Microsoft 365 environment that supports tens of thousands of cadets and volunteers across the United Kingdom.

You will work under the direction of the M365 Engineering Lead, the post holder implements and supports the platform configuration set by the Lead, carries out root-cause analysis, and helps maintain the ongoing health of the services that underpin CadetNET.

If you enjoy leading technical teams, solving complex challenges and delivering a robust cloud platform that enables real collaboration, this role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the future of digital services across the Cadet Forces.

Essential Skills

·       Demonstrable third-line experience administering and supporting M365 (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive) in a production environment.

·       Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, MFA and Conditional Access, and the ability to diagnose sign-in issues.

·       Hands-on experience of Mobile Device Management (MDM): device enrolment, compliance and configuration (e.g. Intune).

·       Hands-on experience of PowerShell scripting and automation for M365 and Entra administration.

ACCT UK is a national youth charity dedicated to improving the life chances of young people. The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. Together we want to ensure that every young person has the opportunity to learn new skills, build confidence and be inspired through their cadet experience.

We want to develop the youth leadership and training abilities of adult volunteers whilst also helping young people to access cadet activities through fundraising, grant-making, developing new resources and direct support.

What we can offer you

In addition to your salary, we offer all staff:
