Administration:
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Directors, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Organise meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
- Maintain efficient electronic filing and document management systems, including registration of new members.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents to support Future Arts Centres activities.
Programme delivery:
- Assist in the coordination, administration and event delivery of Future Arts Centres events, in person and online, such as national members meetings, board meetings, and online workshops.
Other:
- Undertake any other duties as requested by the senior management team, in line with the role's scope and capabilities.

The key responsibilities for the Access Manager role include;

The Producing Department encompasses Producing, Event Management, Artist Liaison, Scheduling and Production Administration and is responsible for the scheduling, planning and delivery of all our activity. The team comes from a wide range of backgrounds, and works across art forms and event formats, delivering work in and around the Factory building, in the digital realm, across the city and internationally. As Executive Producer you will;
1. Work with the other Executive Producers to manage the producing and programme delivery function for Factory International, effectively and efficiently, over all programmes of work across the Festival and Factory International.
2. Act as an Executive Producer overseeing delivery of a range of new artistic commissions, presentations, and other events as appropriate for the Festival and Factory International, providing support to line Producers from R&D through to presentation of the projects in Manchester and internationally.
The key responsibilities for the Executive Producer role include;
Producing Function Management
• To manage the staffing needs of the Producing and Programme Department, leading on recruitment, induction and training and line management of Producers, Event Managers and support staff

Purpose of the Operations Site Manager role is to:
The Operations Site Manager is a new post that will ensure the Museum builds on its excellent standards of visitor experience. The successful candidate will lead the team through the next exciting chapter of operational and visitor experience improvement by aligning working practices on-site and delivering cultural change throughout the team. Managing on-site visitor experience, safety and security, daily operations, site cleanliness and presentation standards to maximise visitor experience will also be a critical responsibility.
Key responsibilities of our Operations Site Manager include:
- Actively engage with the Visitor Experience Supervisors (VES) to enable them and others to provide an exceptional visitor experience, excelling in customer service and interaction, and assist the empowerment of others to deliver the same aims and objectives
- Acting as a customer-focus role model. Leading by example with confidence and passion to ensure the Museum maintains a first-class service
- Ensuring the support/delivery of front of house commercial activities, sales, and fundraising activities to maximise financial return and meet specified devolved targets
- Overseeing the delivery of visitor experience and engagement by enhancing the tour offer and packages, aircraft/cockpit access and utilising the handling collection to share the RAF stories in a fun and exciting way
- Line managing direct reports to enable and empower them to succeed within their role, through regular 1-2-1 meetings, coaching, mentoring, training, development opportunities and performance management that motivates and inspires the delivery of excellent visitor experience, operational compliance, and site standards
- Overseeing the management of operational rostering. Creating cross site/team consistency to maintain fairness in the approach and alignment with Museum policies and protocols
- Delivering the first-class visitor experience through managing and overseeing the recruitment, performance, development and welfare of the VES and other visitor experience teams

- The ability to inspire teams to engage with the aims and objectives of the Museum and department.
- Understanding of compliance and duty of care responsibilities in relation to the operation of a busy visitor attraction.
- The ability to communicate in a straightforward manner, demonstrating respect and acting with integrity and impartiality.
- Recognises scope of own authority for decision making and empowers team members to make appropriate decisions.
- Resilience and positivity in changing and demanding circumstances, and to manage effectively in a climate of change.
- Recognises the need to refer to others’ expertise and acts accordingly.

HCT are now seeking to appoint a Director of Development to lead and deliver a trust-wide strategic approach to fundraising, in alignment with organisational needs and priorities. The director will develop and lead a high performing team and will be responsible for growing income from a range of sources, including trusts and grants, individual giving and developing a philanthropy programme based on a portfolio of designated funds to support strategic projects and ongoing revenue funding. This role sits on the SLT, with shared responsibility for setting and realising the organisation’s goals, strategic priorities, and business plan.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- Significant experience in fundraising, including developing and implementing successful development strategies and securing income from a wide range of sources.
- Significant experience in securing philanthropic gifts at the five and six figure level.
- Strong track record in developing successful proposals and securing grants from trusts and statutory funders, with an ability to convey information in a concise, relevant, and compelling way.
- Experience of managing and developing high-performing teams, and senior stakeholder relationships, including donors and funders.
- Good working knowledge of charity finance, budgeting, and reporting.

This is an exciting time for the National Gallery as we prepare to celebrate our Bicentenary, and this role offers a fantastic opportunity to help shape the future of the Gallery as we begin our third century by influencing our financial strategy to keep our ambitious programme of activities sustainable and delivering optimal value for money.
In the role, you will be responsible for leading the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles at the group level, as well as ensuring that monthly reporting is timely, accurate, and continuously evolving to best suit the needs of the business. You will be expected to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to become a trusted and valued advisor, and be someone who can influence financial and operation outcomes through insights, analysis, and guidance that will directly impact business performance.
Key areas of responsibilities;
- To manage the monthly reporting process for the Group as a whole, to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results to the Head of Finance, Budget Holders, the Executive Board, and Trustees, including operating result, projects, capital, risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate the review of actual and forecast results against budget, obtaining and recording variance explanations, identifying material issues and mitigating actions.
- To lead the annual budget process and quarterly forecasts for the group, including agreement of an overall framework and communication with budget holders.
- Coordinate the preparation of budget schedules (revenue, capital and projects) and consolidation of the budget pack for presentation to the Executive, Finance Committee, and the main Trustee board.
- To support the Head of Finance in the development of the financial plan in line with the Group’s operational plan and targets.
- Lead the FP&A team in maintaining the short, medium and long term financial plans for the Group.
- To continue to develop reporting processes and tools to ensure that they adhere to best practice and meet the needs of stakeholders.
