We’re looking for an experienced Prospect Research Manager (interim) to provide specialist support to a high-performing Philanthropy & Development team during a period of transition. This is a hands-on assignment focused on delivering high-quality prospect research, due diligence, network mapping and strategic insight that supports high-value fundraising activity.
Working closely with fundraising and data colleagues, you’ll help identify and qualify prospective supporters, strengthen prospect pipelines and review existing prospect research and prospect management processes. You’ll bring strong analytical skills, experience working with high-value fundraising teams, and the ability to quickly understand organisational priorities and deliver impactful recommendations from day one.
To be successful as the Prospect Research Manager you will need:
Significant experience in prospect research, prospect development or strategic fundraising research
Demonstrable experience producing prospect profiles, briefing papers, due diligence reports and network mapping
Strong understanding of prospect management, pipeline development and high-value fundraising
Excellent analytical, research and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently
