Communications & Marketing Manager
Salary: £35,000 - £39,000 per annum
Contract: Fixed-term, 2 years, Full-time (35 hours/week)
Location: Hybrid, home-based with regular travel to London (typically 2-4 days per month)

We working with a youth violence prevention charity focused on education, awareness and creating safer communities for young people to find their next Communications and Marketing Manager.
As Communications & Marketing Manager, you will lead the charity's communications, marketing and campaigning activity, helping to grow awareness, engagement and impact. You'll manage multi-channel communications, deliver high-profile campaigns, oversee digital marketing and audience engagement, and build a small communications team. This role is ideal for a proactive and creative communications professional who is passionate about using marketing and storytelling to drive social change and who thrives in a hands-on, growing charity environment.
To be successful as Communications & Marketing Manager, you will need:
- Proven experience in communications, marketing or digital engagement, managing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong content creation and digital skills, with the ability to engage different audiences effectively
- Experience using CRM systems, audience data and analytics to improve engagement and campaign performance
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, deliver and evaluate complex campaigns
- Organised, collaborative and proactive approach, with confidence working independently and leading others
