Individual Giving Fundraiser
Salary: £27,456 - £31,500 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week)
Location: Abbey Wood, London – 3-4 days pw in the office

The Community Hospice is looking for an enthusiastic and relationship-focused Individual Giving Fundraiser to join their dedicated Fundraising Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing individual giving income through engaging campaigns, supporter stewardship, regular giving and in-memory fundraising initiatives.
You’ll manage a varied programme of fundraising activity, develop meaningful supporter journeys, and build lasting relationships with donors who help make every moment matter for patients and families across the community. From delivering appeals and campaigns to coordinating in-memory initiatives and supporter events, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible difference while working within a supportive and values-driven organisation.
To be successful as the Individual Giving Fundraiser you will need:
- Experience working in a supporter, customer or relationship-focused environment, with a strong commitment to building positive relationships and delivering excellent service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging communications and interact sensitively with a wide range of supporters.
- Strong organisational skills, with experience managing competing priorities, meeting deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Experience using databases or CRM systems to manage information and support relationship management activities.
