Location: London – Hybrid, 2 days per week in office

We are delighted to be supporting Sense in their search for an Individual Giving Manager to join their ambitious Individual Giving & Legacies team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in growing voluntary income and supporting disabled people with complex needs across the UK.

As Individual Giving Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of supporter acquisition and retention strategies, driving income growth across a diverse range of channels including face-to-face fundraising, direct marketing, digital, DRTV and telemarketing. You’ll take ownership of planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns, ensuring they are insight-driven, innovative and deliver against ambitious income and lifetime value targets.  You will also play a crucial role in testing, learning and evolving the Individual Giving programme and working innovatively to develop new products to maximise supporter engagement and long-term value.

To be successful as the Individual Giving Manager, you will need:

• Demonstrable experience delivering successful Individual Giving campaigns, with strong knowledge of multi-channel direct marketing techniques
• A proven track record of income generation, supporter acquisition and retention, and delivering against financial targets and budgets
• Experience managing agencies and suppliers, alongside strong analytical skills to interpret data, test and optimise campaign performance
