Individual Giving Manager

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 FTE (based on a 35 hour week)
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time 15-20 hours per week)
Location: Hybrid, with a mix of remote working and office-based work in Farnborough

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Individual Giving Manager to join a small but highly impactful children's charity, this organisation has a genuinely incredible ROI and you will make a huge impact. Reporting to the CEO, this is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow individual giving activity. Currently the income sits around £1.2m from individual giving and the charity have previously invested heavily in face to face acquisition.
As the Individual Giving Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of supporter acquisition, retention and upgrade campaigns across multiple channels. You'll have the opportunity to influence future fundraising strategy, test new ideas and products, and help build long-term supporter relationships that generate significant voluntary income for the charity.
To be successful as the Individual Giving Manager, you will need:

• Proven experience delivering income growth within a fundraising or marketing environment. Ideally you will have a good understanding of face to face acquisition.
• Strong understanding of direct marketing, supporter journeys, data analysis and campaign performance reporting.
• Experience managing budgets, external suppliers or agencies, and delivering projects against KPIs and objectives
