We’re looking for a proactive Trusts and Foundations Lead to drive Cruse Bereavement Support’s income generation from charitable trusts and foundations. This pivotal role will focus on developing a high-value pipeline, cultivating long-term funder relationships, and producing compelling, evidence-based proposals.

Working closely with the Director of Income Generation and the wider Income & Engagement directorate, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering their trusts and foundations strategy—securing significant, multi-year funding to support Cruse's core services and specialist projects.

You’ll be part of a passionate, supportive team committed to ensuring grieving people get the support they need.

To be Successful as the Trusts & Foundations Lead, you will need:

  • Proven track record of securing significant (5–6 figure) income from charitable trusts and foundations
  • Excellent written communication and proposal-writing skills, with the ability to translate service information into compelling cases for support
  • Experience cultivating and stewarding long-term funder relationships
