Supporter Services & Fulfilment Executive

We're looking for a proactive, collaborative Supporter Services & Fulfilment Executive to play a key role within our team. Working closely with fundraising and marketing teams, you'll manage operational processes to deliver outstanding supporter service.

The location: The vacancy requires the candidate to be present at the Barkingside office once a week, which will serve as their primary hub for business purposes. Rest of team are present too.

You'll oversee third-party suppliers, fulfilment and stock of fundraising materials, support donation processing, and contribute to projects and system improvements.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organisational skills, and is confident managing data and external providers. CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and project management experience are desirable.
