Team Manager- Family Placement

We are recruiting a Full-time Practice Manager fixed term for 12 months maternity cover to join our established North England Fostering Service at Barnardo's. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high‑performing and well‑regarded service, supporting our commitment to delivering excellent outcomes for children, young people, and foster families.

This hybrid role offers flexibility, with the expectation that the successful candidate will work from our Northeast office at Birtley twice a week.  You will provide some support to the Northwest Fostering service (based in Liverpool) which may require occasional travel to the Liverpool and Yorkshire office. We are seeking a confident, motivated leader with a passion for fostering and a drive to support continued growth and quality within the service.
