Events Support Administrator
We're looking for an Events Support Administrator to provide high-quality, service-focused and efficient events administration to support the smooth running of our continuing professional development programmes.

Bespoke Mental Health specialises in providing online continuing professional development for mental healthcare practitioners. We are a small, values-led company, passionate about making a difference through providing training that gives practitioners access to the latest research and thinking on evidence-based psychological therapies to enhance their practice.
What you’ll do
As Events Support Administrator you’ll take ownership of providing administrative support within set guidelines for Bespoke Mental Health’s programme of events, working closely with the Events Programme Manager. You’ll help deliver an excellent customer experience for our subscribing organisations and delegates.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Respond to delegate queries through our website and by email, using response templates for frequently asked questions and liaising with colleagues about more complex queries
- Provide administrative support on the day for live online events (see also information on working hours below)
- Process administrative changes and requests such as issuing guest access codes for events and updating membership details
- Generate events-related reports and use mail merge to send to customers and others as required
- Maintain event process support documentation, ensuring it is accurate and up to date.
Key skills, personal qualities and experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational, administrative and record-keeping skills
- Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and mail merge). Familiarity with Wix and/or Zoom would be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and take ownership within set guidelines as well as having a collaborative approach and knowing when to seek advice
- Able to work with complexity
- Able to maintain high standards in a high-volume context

- Adaptable and able to learn quickly and effectively

- A competitive starting salary of £29,177 FTE (actual salary £20,841 for 25 hours per week), with potential for performance-related progression to £33,961 FTE over time

Additional information
Location: You must be based in the UK for this role.

Working hours: We need to ensure we have the cover we need to support events and delegates. To achieve this, working hours must normally include afternoons and specific times when a live event is taking place. The dates and times of live events are provided well in advance and usually fall on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and into four start time categories. Remaining working hours will be agreed with your line manager within 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. There will be opportunity for some flexibility, provided business needs are met.
