Very sadly in August 2020 Joe passed away in totally unexpected circumstances at just 31 years of age.
During Joe’s life he brought a cheeky spirit and constant laughter to all those that met him. His selflessness and commitment to helping others touched so many, and in loving memory and as a legacy to Joe, his friends and family set up Joe's Buddy Line in January 2021.
We are now looking for a resilient, driven and inspirational individual to provide energy, strategic vision and operational management for our small and growing charity.

Reprezent is a not-for-profit social enterprise and specialist youth development organisation. Our award-winning approach helps young people to realise their full personal potential by providing training and development programmes that enable them to jumpstart their careers and develop a core suite of social, emotional and broadcast skills. We have been a pivotal stepping stone for hundreds of artists and broadcasting presenters aspiring to break into the mainstream over the last two decades, including Stormzy, Munya Chawawa, Jorja Smith and Jamz Supernova, and have helped thousands more young people to meet other personal development goals.
At the helm of our operation is Reprezent Radio, a dynamic youth-led community radio station based in South London. Since 2010 the station’s hallmark has been empowering young voices and championing the narratives of diverse and underrepresented communities, and as a result many of our beneficiaries are those deemed ‘hardest-to-reach’ (young black South Londoners, early school leavers, second generation immigrants).
Our unique training model combines in-person training courses with work experience placements at the station, resulting in a cohesive programme of entry-to-advanced level training provision and an active waiting list of over two thousand people.
Location
This role is a hybrid position, working both from home and with regular attendance required at our office/training space in Peckham and our station headquarters in Brixton.
Responsibilities

Work with the Executive Team to develop a Sustainable Growth Strategy for our training department. This should contain concrete plans for income generation and beneficiary impact KPIs for the short, medium and long term. This process will involve:

Action Syria (formerly Hands Up Foundation) is a small and innovative charity that funds health and education programmes in Syria and neighbouring countries. Hands Up Foundation was founded in 2012 and has raised millions for humanitarian aid in Syria and surrounding countries. This newly created role will be part of the senior leadership team and lead the fundraising function at Action Syria. A wonderful opportunity as Deputy Director (Education), helping to grow a programme of creative music residencies in specialist settings across the UK for a Children’s music therapy charity, Jessie's Fund, in a part-time role, based in York.
Jessie’s Fund is a UK charity helping children with life-limiting illness or special educational needs and disabilities to communicate through music. As they reach their 30th Anniversary in 2025, they are seeking a Deputy Director (Education) to help grow their programme of creative music residencies in specialist settings across the UK. The role includes fundraising in direct support of the projects (grants) and deputising for the Executive Director as required.
- To lead the overall programme strategy for the Schools Programme, including family music and other creative music projects
- To design and implement the Schools Programme annual business plan, in collaboration with colleagues and the charity’s external advisers, reporting progress monthly against the plan to the Executive Director
- To develop effective relationships with the network of highly qualified freelance musicians across the UK who deliver on the programme, including organising annual CPD events
The programme is established and works well, but there is exciting scope for development, reaching more musicians, building on longer-term legacy and putting more young people’s voices at the forefront of their work. You will enjoy travelling to different schools and seeing the charity’s work in action.
Your experience:
- Experience of arts administration/project management

About the role
As a Partnership Executive, you'll manage a portfolio of existing partners in London and the Southeast region. Your focus will be on nurturing strong relationships, increasing stock levels, and ensuring partners feel valued.
You'll be responsible for generating significant stock levels for many of our shops, stores, and online channels by developing partnerships with universities, local authorities, and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSAs).

As Senior Philanthropy Manager within our Fundraising Team, you will focus and lead on:
- External facing relationship manager, both building new relationships and effectively stewarding existing ones
- Support the High Value Lead to set budgets and conduct regular reforecasting
- Maintain an effective pipeline of philanthropy prospects
- Ensure a high standard of impact reporting to donors
- Work with stakeholders across RNID (particularly in the programmes teams) to ensure that propositions are compelling and develop funding cases for support and accompanying funding budgets
- Ensure exceptional relationship management experiences for high value donors, including cultivation planning
- Effectively deploy senior staff and volunteers across RNID to work with high value donors, including appropriate briefings and direction on relationship aims
- Lead on operational improvements on day-to-day systems and processes
- Directly line manage 4 staff members
You will drive the high value supporter programme internally to RNID and externally with donors, personally working to secure gifts from individuals and trusts & foundations as well as driving excellence across your team.
You will have experience of developing and managing relationships with donors (directly and through peer-to-peer relationships) worth 6 figures and above, alongside pipeline building and proposition development.
You will have considerable experience of presenting proposals and reports to prospective and existing donors, able to translate the work of RNID to inspire high value donors and secure significant long-term gifts.
This role will be operating at a senior level within RNID, contributing to plans and strategies, and have line management experience.

This role will join a vibrant and ambitious fundraising team made up of; major giving, trusts and foundations, prospect research, individual giving, community, events, legacies, innovation and supporter experience. The team’s mission is to raise income for our three hospitals to enable them to continue their vital work. This role will make a huge difference in helping us do that.
The post holder will manage our supporter panel, cultivating relationships with panel members. Working closely with the Supporter Experience and Journeys Manager this role will test new journeys, support implementation of new fundraising products and integrated campaigns, championing supporter needs and pain points, ensuring their valuable insights contribute to the enhancement of our supporter experiences and journey initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Supporter Experience and journey best practices
- Identify and improve key pain points in existing supporter journeys; making recommendations for improvements that colleagues can implement and support them on how to measure and report back on those changes.
- Support on measuring supporter satisfaction and testing outputs with supporters.
- Support fundraising colleagues to implement supporter journeys and stewardship programmes across the portfolio to maximise net income and retention of supporters.
- Lead the annual supporter experience and journeys audit, facilitating process discovery workshops to identify pain points and make recommendations on improvements to wider stakeholders and monitor the improvement progress.
- Deliver process maps for all supporter journeys, ensuring they are monitored and kept up to date.

- Manage a supporter feedback panel, recruiting new members and conducting user testing to assess the effectiveness of our journeys, experience, products, and integrated campaigns with them.
- Liaise with the fundraising, supporter care, digital and data teams to identify recurring supporter journey issues and make recommendations for improvements.
- Support on implementing our effectiveness evaluation approach to supporter experiences, journeys, and initiatives. Regularly reporting on key metrics and using findings to drive continuous improvement in collaboration with the digital and data team.
- Support on conducting research and analysis to gain insights into supporter behaviours, preferences, and pain points. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and enhance supporter journey initiatives.
Driving the adoption of supporter-first approach
- Develop and foster excellent working relationships to establish buy-in for a data-driven and supporter-first approach to fundraising across the charities and be prepared where necessary, with sound rationale, to recommend solutions that meet supporter needs, strategic objectives, and journey best practises.
- Help to drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization within the supporter journey. Implement feedback loops and mechanisms for ongoing refinement of supporter experience strategies.
- When necessary, work with stakeholders to understand detailed operational processes and identify opportunities for a supporter-first approach to help fulfil their requirements.
- Keep up to date with supporter-centric industry trends, techniques, and best practices related to supporter experience and supporter journeys and share learnings with stakeholders.
Work environment
- The post holder should expect to:
- Work in a hybrid hot desk environment, generally working 2 days a week in the London office and three from home.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with Sustrans as part of the Fundraising and Supporter Engagement team as the E-Commerce Manager.
In line with our ecommerce strategy, Sustrans has invested over the past years to increase sales through our e-commerce shop and now needs to find new approaches to maximise revenue.
As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for maximising e-commerce revenue by optimising the martech stack, improving audience insights, product development/management and promotion through digital and offline marketing channels.
As part of the Fundraising and Supporter Engagement team, you will work closely with colleagues in Supporter Engagement and Giving, Strategic Communications, Finance as well as external agencies and suppliers.
This role has line management responsibilities for two-part time colleagues, the E-Commerce Promotions Officer and the E-Commerce Products Officer.

About you
