As WVUK’s Grant Proposal & Contract Bid Lead, you'll be at the helm of a rewarding opportunity, helping to steer the submission process to fulfill WVUK’s Institutional Funding income requirements. Here's a glimpse into the key responsibilities:

Essential Criteria

• Expertise in Multi-Sector Program Management: Demonstrated proficiency in assessing, designing, and managing projects across diverse sectors within complex settings. A track record of navigating the project cycle successfully and securing institutional funding from bilateral and multilateral donors.
• Exceptional Project Management Skills: Proven ability to excel in managing multifaceted tasks within challenging timelines. Prioritization prowess is key, consistently meeting deadlines amidst competing demands.
• Donor Relationship Management: Extensive experience cultivating and sustaining relations with institutional donors such as DFID/FCDO, EU/ECHO, and UN bodies. Adept at analysing funding requirements and adeptly navigating varied worldviews. Skilled in fostering, managing, and evolving relationships within consortium partnerships.
• Proactive Innovation and Process Improvement: A proactive and creative approach to refining existing processes and devising new strategies for enhanced efficiency and efficacy. Strong emphasis on knowledge management within a high-pressure team environment.

About the Role:

The primary purpose of this role is to provide debt advice and money education on a case management basis and to support the provision of advice by volunteers. The post holder will be expected to manage their own cases and lead appointment sessions.

The organisation’s mission is to ‘Restore Dignity and Renew Hope’ to those in our communities brought down by poverty and debt. The job holder will play their part in bringing this vision to reality, supporting clients through what at times can be emotionally difficult situations, to get back on their feet and realise their full potential.

The role combines both technical and pastoral elements. The role will involve building a client case, untangling sometimes complex situations, liaising with creditors, providing guidance for volunteers, and discerning and communicating the appropriate choices and strategies for the client. But you will also need to lead client appointments and support clients through what at times can be emotionally difficult situations.

About you:

We are looking for someone with prior debt advice experience who ideally has experience in leading and supervising volunteers.

Essential skills and experience of the Case Manager include:

• Previous experience in providing regulated debt advice on a case management basis
• Being a DRO intermediary would be an advantage
• Demonstrable experience in providing person-focused support to clients who may be vulnerable
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to show empathy, compassion and patience
• Sound IT skills with a strong command of the Microsoft Office suite

Kingston Voluntary Action (KVA) is a long-established and well-respected infrastructure support organisation for the voluntary and community sector in Kingston. About the Role

You will lead on data analysis and reporting on the data held in Salesforce CRM, improving both the quality and quantity of monitoring and evaluation processes, driving improvements in data capture through training and upskilling the Youth Work team, strengthening the ability of both youth zones to demonstrate the measurable impact of youth work delivered. 

You will also be responsible for measuring and demonstrating both charities’ impact to stakeholders; authoring and providing the necessary data to the leadership and fundraising teams and Board (as required), annual publications such as Trustees Reports and annual Impact Reports. Innovation is a key aspect of this role, involving the introduction and embedding of new methodologies to enhance the qualitative data capture process.

You will collaborate closely with a cross section of teams within the youth zones, working with the Youth Work delivery teams to feed data into decision making, and with the Communications and Fundraising teams to provide impact measurement and analysis content for use with stakeholders and in donor reporting. Furthermore, it will align impact and data work with national and local policy, and use national census, health, police and other statistical data to position both youth zones for new income generation opportunities.

About You

This role is ideal for someone who has the ability to bring technical analysis to life in a youth work setting and can communicate insights in an accessible style to different audiences. The Impact and Insights Officer should be passionate about embracing the power of youth work and be keen to support youth zones in evidencing the impact created with young people. It will require someone who can bring impact expertise and creativity to create buy-in and drive improvements in data capture; and someone who is keen to work flexibly and closely with teams of passionate youth workers and who is unafraid of the challenge presented by Youth Zones in two very different geographic locations.

The Women’s Centre Cornwall has grown from its early roots as a Rape Crisis Centre into an innovative, award-winning feminist organisation which provides a wide range of services for women and girls in our communities. Our work with survivors of sexual and domestic violence is our core specialism as we believe that there can be no real gender equality without a complete cessation of violence against women. In addition, we provide community-based activities across Cornwall and support women ex-offenders across Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and HMP Eastwood Park in Gloucestershire.

PURPOSE

The Effective Women’s Centre Project drives forwards and embeds a culture of data quality across The Women’s Centre Cornwall. We are looking for and experienced Data and Systems Lead to work with Managers to improve our data collection and reporting from our case management systems. The successful candidate will provide meaningful and accessible management information, outcomes monitoring, and performance reports; while supporting our Monitoring, Impact & Evaluation Manager to develop ways for us to demonstrate our impact and share stories of change. She will also support our Lived Experience Groups to ensure the experiences of women are at the heart of the organisation and inform our planning and decisions.  The Data & Systems Lead will be responsible for continued implementation and project management of the Women’s Risk and Needs Assessment (WRNA) across our services. The WRNA is part of the Effective Women’s Centres Project which is designed to improve current understanding of the needs and strengths of women and to consolidate the evidence base for the effectiveness of Women’s Centres.

 RESPONSIBILITIES: 

DATA & REPORTING

• Lead on the development of TWCC’s data and case management systems (CMS) ensuring buy-in, consistency and accuracy across the organisation.
• Lead on developing reporting within the organisations case management systems.
• Cultivating a Learning Culture around data within the organisation.
• Extracting quantitative data from the CMS; carrying out quality audits and cleaning and organising the data in preparation for analysis.
• Delivering training to teams ensuring they understand the requirements and importance of data collection in a way that is engaging and inclusive
• Conducting in-depth ongoing data analysis to identify improvement opportunities, risks and issues.

THE WOMEN’S RISK & NEEDS ASSESSMENT (WRNA)

• Building upon the newly introduced Women’s Risk and Needs Assessment (WRNA) across the Open Team and supporting wider Women’s Centre teams to adopt the tool.
• Working with Service Managers, providing support to the Team Leaders, sharing learning and guidance on the use of the tool. 
• Monitor the progress of the implementation of WRNA and take appropriate action if any issues are identified.
• Organise and deliver training to enable practitioners to use the WRNA.
• Lead on integration of WRNA with case management software.
• Monitor recruitment of women to the WRNA project and quality of data inputted in the assessments.
• Lead on internal communications and messaging around implementation of the WRNA.
• Sharing learning with other women’s centres involved in the Effective Women’s Centre’s project.
• Develop and deliver a project plan which ensures WRNA is rolled out consistently across the organisation.
• Oversee the delivery of the plan, revising plans based on the changing needs and requirements of the project and wider partners involved.

LIVED EXPERIENCE WORK

• Co-facilitate the Lived Experience Group and involve women with lived experience in the implementation of the Effective Women’s Centres project and across our wider services.
• Support individuals in the group to contribute to our national influencing objectives

As a Senior Manager, Philanthropy, you will focus on developing and managing strategic, high-value relationships with Trusts and Foundations. The Senior Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing a global fundraising strategy at a key time of organizational growth. Reporting directly to CDPs Head of Philanthropy, you are an independent thinker who can help grow and sustain grant funding from Trusts and Foundations.

Who you are

• Must reside and be eligible to work in the locations stipulated above.

Your day-to-day

You will support the execution of CDPs philanthropic fundraising strategy. 

You will manage a portfolio of strategic, high-value donors, building strong relationships and implementing creative solicitation plans to maximise donor engagement and income.

You will research, develop and secure funding from new donors, with a strong focus on funders with a potential to give 7-8 figure grants. 

You will develop an excellent knowledge of CDP’s work, liaise with colleagues to prepare and present high-quality information such as tailored presentations and proposals for the donor. 

You will build excellent external working relationships at all levels with donors, their staff and networks in order to directly influence their decisions.

You will build excellent internal working relationships to engage staff at all levels in supporting donor stewardship to manage prospective and existing donors effectively.

As Artists & Influencer Manager, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to develop, manage and deliver complex projects in support of Save the Children's campaigns. You will work with the rest of the A&I team to build a strong roster of high-profile supporters, influencers and ambassadors, stewarding them to become passionate advocates for children's rights, delivering audience cut-through, fundraising objectives and helping build Save the Children's brand.

• Alongside the A&I team, be responsible for identifying and delivering the right blend of high profile personalities to support projects, activities and objectives across PR, digital, events, campaigning, partnerships and other. 
• Spot opportunities and devise A&I activations that raise awareness and visibility of Save the Children amongst key target audiences with the aim of recruiting new supporters and encouraging them to take action. 
• Develop and maintain relationships with current artists and influencers, developing their involvement with Save the Children in creative and innovative ways.
• Target and recruit new A&I supporters, whilst nurturing long term relationships with a view where relevant, to eventual commitment on Ambassador level.  Keep up to date with supporters' broader schedules, spotting new opportunities for engagement as they arise.
• Write and present inspiring proposals for artists, agents, managers and publicists, creating and defining the right pitch for the right potential ambassador.

About you 

To be successful, it is important that you have:  

• Experience of working with digital influencers including building content and delivering activations.
• Understanding of social media landscape, trends and developments and ability to suggest ways to utilise them. 
• Experience of working with talent - including those with global reach – in a range of settings.
