PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Reporting to the Membership Manager, the Corporate Membership Officer – Commercial Relationships and Fulfilment will:
- Manage and grow relationships with corporate and university members.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management
- Act as the dedicated account manager for IWA’s portfolio of over 400 corporate and university members.
- Deliver expert advice, support, and engagement to maximise member value.

Business Development

Responsibilities of our Regional Support Manager:
- Drive the efficient operation and performance of our Retail shops within the designated region, increasing income generation whilst setting the standard for Cats Protection retailing excellence.

About the Retail & Trading team:
- The Retail and Trading department sits within the Marketing and Income Generation Directorate and comprises a diverse shop estate of 79 shops across England, Scotland and Wales and a growing ecommerce operation.
- Our operation plays a key role in generating income and introducing audiences to Cats Protection.
What we’re looking for in our Regional Support Manager:
- Demonstrable experience in multi-site management within retail
- Proven ability in team management, including recruitment, training, and development of team members
- Experience with sales targets, cash management, loss prevention, and financial processes
- Previous project management experience and familiarity with policy implementation
- Knowledge of health & safety practices in Retail
- A full UK driving license and access to a car, with flexibility to travel throughout the week

This role delivers a range of dynamic and engaging financial education programmes to young people,adults, and professionals. As part of our Programmes and Delivery Directorate, our trainers love working with our participants; they’re the front line of our work, representing Money Ready’s exceptional programme quality in a range of settings.
This role will work with both children and adults across our programme suite and will require significant travel to our delivery locations throughout the area to deliver face-to-face sessions to diverse groups of learners. Occasional virtual sessions will also need to be delivered. All delivery-related travel is covered.
