We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Leader based in the London and the South East to join our Homicide Service team. This role involves managing and supporting operational staff to ensure the delivery of excellent services to those affected by homicide.

The London and South East area covers London, Surrey, Kent, East & West Sussex. It is a requirement that you live within one of these area in order to support your team and carry out this role effectively.

About the Role:

As a Homicide Team Leader, you will ensure the provision of high-quality services, maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, and provide strategic leadership to promote and develop our services.

As a Homicide Team Leader, you will:

• Conduct audits and generate reports on case management systems, ensuring compliance with contract reporting requirements and national standards.
• Capture and analyse data to ensure outcome-based and evidenced work.
• Allocate work within the team, monitor daily caseloads, and identify trends or patterns.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, provide safeguarding advice, and prioritise client safety and dignity.
• Collaborate with managers to enhance service delivery, address performance issues, and support continuous improvement.
• Support with caseloads, conduct impact assessments, and provide comprehensive support to team members.
• Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and ongoing support for team members.
• Promote access to services through referrals and partnerships with local organisations.
• Facilitate regular team meetings, share feedback, and ensure effective communication channels.
• Adhere to data protection legislation, confidentiality policies, and organisational procedures.

About You:

Ideally, you will have experience in developing and maintaining partnerships within a multiagency framework, and knowledge of intersectionality, especially when working with vulnerable individuals and those experiencing trauma.

You will need to travel across the region to fulfil job responsibilities and develop your role. Flexibility is essential, as the job may require evening, weekend work, and occasional overnight stays.

About the role:

This role is home based in North Cumberland with regular travel to meet clients & colleagues as well as attending meetings.

As an Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) you will be: -

• providing a high quality, pro-active service to victims of sexual violence and abuse (including children and young people), supporting those at highest risk and need.
• working within a multi-agency framework consisting of the Bridgeway SARC and other local partnership responses to sexual violence.
• working with survivors and other agencies to monitor the care pathway, including risk assessment, helping clients access their rights and supporting with any other services they require.

You will need: -

More than anything the right attitude and a willingness to learn are key to becoming an ISVA. Experience of working with victims of sexual violence and other service providers and agencies in a statutory, voluntary, social or community setting would be an advantage although we would be keen to hear from you if you can demonstrate how your skills and experience can be applied to this role.

You must have extensive experience of planning and delivering caseloads, with strong crisis management skills and an understanding of the needs of victims experiencing sexual violence. An approved and accredited ISVA qualification is preferable for this post although candidates with the right approach and a willingness work towards ISVA accreditation will also be considered.

To be successful in this role you should have good IT skills, knowledge of criminal justice issues and an understanding of the effects a court appearance can have on victims and witnesses of crime are also essential.

To inspire people with complex mental health conditions to progress, and to gain and sustain paid employment.  The Senior Employment Specialist will support clients directly by managing a caseload and will also support and develop the wider IPS team. The Senior Employment Specialist will work across the local NHS secondary care network alongside NHS clinicians to secure client referrals.

To work with clients with complex mental health conditions, you will need to be comfortable supporting people who have experienced / are experiencing serious mental health challenges, as well as possibly other serious difficulties in their lives.  Although you will receive full training and support, it's important you are aware of the potential impact this may have on your own mental wellbeing.

The Senior Employment Specialist will follow the 8 principles of IPS, adhere to the IPS Fidelity Scale and achieve monthly targets and KPIs with the required administration and compliance.

Our client is looking for people to join their Bristol Complex Needs service in Speedwell and Totterdown as Project Workers. Their projects provide accommodation and housing related support to people experiencing homelessness; dedicated to providing a safe, high quality and inclusive service to people while they are living in the hostel, and a positive move-on into independent housing. 

In the role of Project Worker, you will:

• Oversee a caseload of clients and provide ongoing 1-1 support in an approachable, caring and person-centred way.
• Provide practical and personal support to clients with complex needs around areas such as housing and health. 
• Have a good understanding of a person centred approach and how to provide the right support to clients to meet individual needs, identifying personal aims and ambitions and making plans to achieve them.  
• Work with the team, external statutory agencies and voluntary organisations to ensure everyone has access to available support.  
• Continue to develop your skills further around working with clients in a holistic way, and to gain a deeper understanding of housing and benefits law, and other specialist areas through training, supervision and line management support. 

These roles have a variety of weekly shift-based rotas (Monday Friday and Monday-Sunday).
