The Opportunity
We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Business Development Team and make a significant contribution to delivery of the charity’s high quality services to children and young people, providing them with opportunities and inspiration to enable them to achieve their potential, create a positive future for themselves and open doors to their success.
If you are self-motivated, enthusiastic and confident with experience in successfully securing, managing and developing partnerships from initial prospect research through to contracting and ongoing management, then this role is for you. Working alongside the Director of Business Development and Partnerships, you will support and contribute to the charity’s business development strategy with responsibility for managing activity including raising funds for Inspire from a range of sources including corporate partnerships, community fundraising, trusts and foundations.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
1. Writing and submitting applications for new funding to statutory bodies, trusts, foundations and corporates.
2. Researching funding opportunities, competitors and market trends.
3. Developing and maintaining an annual calendar of community fundraising activities.
4. Identifying new business development opportunities and developing a pipeline of opportunities and proposals.
5. Management and growth of Inspire's entry to mid-level corporate partnerships.
6. Working with delivery team colleagues to ensure funders’ reports are completed on time and to a high standard.

This role is perfect for someone progressing their corporate fundraising career, but not yet ready to specialise in account management or new business. A priority will be to ensure that we really support and value our existing partners, but you will also have the opportunity to research and develop new opportunities with the Head of New Business. The Role:
We are looking to recruit an experienced, energetic, and talented fundraising manager to grow our income generation streams, deliver sustainable financial growth and stability, and join us in our mission to help young adults live well with and beyond cancer.
As a key member of the senior team, the post holder will lead and be the driving force to implement and deliver our fundraising strategy.

As such, the role would ideally be suited to an individual who is visionary, driven, enthusiastic and wants to take responsibility for helping to shape and deliver the Ella Dawson Foundation’s strategic and operational fundraising strategy.
Key Duties:
- ·Supported by the senior team, to take ownership of developing, delivering and monitoring our fundraising strategy
- ·Undertaking detailed research to identify and prioritize relevant trusts and foundations
- Writing compelling and successful grant applications, lead on stewardship and the development of strong relationships with trusts and foundations.

Personal Specification:
Essential Skills/Knowledge/Experience Required
- Relevant qualification – Minimum Level 4 relevant qualification/experience in relevant subject area.
- Miniumum 3 yaers proven track record of income generation, meeting and exceeding targets.
- Experience in developing new fundraising pipelines
- Strong written skills and the ability to develop compelling and successful grant application
- Experience of working with CRM systems
- Demonstrated success of effective grant stewardship and corporate account management
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Databases.
- Is passionate about our cause to support young people with cancer and their families
- Excellent written, verbal communication and relationship management skills.
- An understanding of the unique needs of young people in a healthcare setting would be desirable.

Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser

About the role:
We are looking to appoint an experienced fundraiser to secure new corporate partnerships to help fund the growth of our care services, and to build relationships with companies to help them achieve their CSR goals.
Reporting to the Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager. You will be part of a team to drive Rainbow Trust’s Corporate income, building and maintaining the pipeline through effective networking, prospecting, and stewardship. You will be responsible for a varied and fulfilling portfolio of accounts to whom you will become a main contact and provide excellent corporate account management. Some accounts raising six figure sums, to whom you will become a main contact and provide excellent account management.
You will work collaboratively towards a ‘one team one target’ approach across the Fundraising and Engagement department and ensure that the use of technology is maximized and all processes are subject to continuous improvement.
This is an excellent opportunity to maintain a breadth of fundraising experience to position yourself for future fundraising roles with increased responsibility.

Summary of main responsibilities and accountabilities
Partnership Management, Stakeholder Engagement & Business Development
· Working alongside the Tees & Tyne Regional Manager to respond to the needs of the programme, ensuring that our young people have meaningful encounters with a range of employers from a diversity of industries and sectors.
· Day-to-day operational account management for employer supporters, ensuring they have excellent experiences.
· Full partnership and operational account management for lower-level funders in your region.
· Promote the contribution of Career Ready and awareness of Career Ready to potential supporters and assist in engaging their commitment to give both practical and financial support.
· Engaging new corporate, third and public sector organisations to directly support the programme delivery, working with the Head of Programmes to launch and grow the Tees & Tyne Regional Action Board

The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised, self-motivated and confident individual to join our Work Related Learning Team as a Senior Programme Officer. This role is a development opportunity, and we are seeking someone who is willing to assist with administration tasks as well as develop their skills in coordinating and delivering programmes in schools and businesses. You do not need to have held a senior role previously for your application to be considered. The Senior Programme Officer will be line managed by a Programme Manager. We would invite anyone seeking experience in moving up from Programme Officer level to apply.
Our Work Related Learning team has an excellent reputation in developing and delivering workshops and programmes which educate children and young people on the world of work and opportunities available to them once they complete their education.
The successful applicant will co-ordinate and deliver high quality programmes for students in primary and secondary schools and young people who are unable to attend mainstream education.
This role will enable you to use your presentation and creativity skills to support development and delivery of workshops and programmes. You will use your communication skills to manage recruitment and liaison with volunteers and communicate with a range of schools and other stakeholders to ensure everything is well organised and runs without a hitch. You will be responsible for managing admin and physical resources used by schools, as well as preparing evaluation reports.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Provide support and coordination on a range of programmes
- Manage recruitment and liaison with volunteers' participation in events
- Prepare and deliver volunteer training
- Attend, support and deliver events in schools and other external venues
- Prepare evaluation reports
- Liaise with stakeholders including schools, businesses and volunteers
- Prepare, plan and manage our physical programme resources, including printing
- Responsible for admin tasks relating to programme delivery
- Possibility for line managing staff

Oasis is looking for someone who can combine an entrepreneurial flair and excellent leadership skills to become the next Community Hub Leader supporting the established Hub at North Bristol.

About the Role
