About the Role
We are looking for an experienced governance professional to join our Governance Team. This is an excellent opportunity to apply and expand your skills in an organisation with a rich and multifaceted governance structure, as both a charity and a membership body. You will join a small, supportive team that works closely with the President and Officers, Board of Trustees, Council, CEO, the Executive Team, and the College’s boards and committees.
Following a significant governance review and the introduction of an updated Charter, Ordinances and Regulations in 2023, this is an exciting time to play a central role in strengthening our governance frameworks.
As Governance Manager, you will deliver high‑quality, professional and compliant governance services across the College, ensuring we meet our statutory duties and apply best practice consistently.
You will work collaboratively with a second Governance Manager, sharing duties equitably and flexibly. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Developing an in‑depth understanding of the College’s governing documents, procedures and working practices, and advising Officers and colleagues on governance matters.
- Supporting the review and continual improvement of governance processes, procedures and policies.
- Providing comprehensive business support to the Board of Trustees, Council and Audit Committee, including agenda planning, preparation of papers and briefings, coordinating presentations, scheduling the cycle of business, and producing accurate minutes.
- Leading the delivery of College elections, ensuring they reflect best practice, uphold our values and enrich the College’s democratic processes.
- Taking a major role in planning and delivering the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs), including logistics, documentation, communications, data management, and liaison with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Leading on the development and ongoing maintenance of a governance cycle of business, including an annual meetings calendar that meets strategic and operational requirements.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be committed to delivering excellent governance services that support compliance and promote best practice across the College. You will bring a proactive, solutions‑focused approach and be confident in identifying opportunities for improving governance processes and embedding positive change.
You will be highly organised, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a varied workload. You will also be confident working with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior clinicians and national bodies.

Qualifications, skills and experience
Essential
· Have secured and successfully managed income-generating partnerships with companies that have achieved outstanding results for a purpose driven mission.
· Have worked across the new business process including, successfully identifying, researching, and securing new business opportunities, developing partner / supporter offers and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities.
· Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to represent the charity and its campaigning role to external stakeholders through a range of communication channels and mechanisms including proposals, meetings and presentations.
· Financially literate and comfortable creating, tracking and reporting on income budgets for funding partnerships.
· Knowledge of relevant legal guidelines including data protection, Gift Aid, fundraising law, and other relevant compliance issues.
· Excellent computer literacy, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and experience using CRM databases.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Individual Giving Assistant – Supporter Retention & Development, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our fundraising campaigns and projects, helping to retain and maximise the lifetime value of our supporters. Endometriosis impacts the physical and mental health of 10% of women and those assigned female at birth, from puberty to menopause - although the impact may be felt for life. Yet it’s a disease most people have never heard of, do not understand and currently has no cure. It takes on average, almost nine years to receive a diagnosis in the UK, leaving many living in pain and without answers.

Endometriosis UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Public Fundraising Manager to join our busy fundraising team and support our continued growth. You will line manage the Fundraising Administrator and the Stewardship and Supporter Care Officer, playing a key role in leading a friendly, ambitious team and delivering exciting plans to grow vital income.
With a strong focus on public fundraising, you will be confident managing projects across community fundraising, individual giving and legacies. You will be an experienced CRM user, up to date with fundraising regulations, and ideally bring at least two years’ experience in a fundraising management role, including line management. About Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance
Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) exists so nobody in Scotland suffers or dies because medical help cannot get there in time. People can get sick or have accidents anywhere and anytime. But in Scotland there are places where urgent medical help cannot reach people. Or help gets there too late. And when lives are at risk every minute matters. The Role
As part of our strategy for growth and national impact, SCAA is seeking a motivated individual to manage our newly formed Data function, as Data and Insights Manager. This is a hands-on managerial role, which will contribute to both the immediate data management requirements and lead on the development of the longer-term Data and Insights Strategy for SCAA.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in embedding a culture of data-driven decision making, using insights and analysis to support future growth, with a particular focus on fundraising, marketing and supporter engagement. They will ensure the right frameworks and infrastructure are in place to allow for effective data management and data-driven decision-making across the charity.
This role can be fully remote, with the option to work from Perth Airport, where SCAA headquarters are located or our Aberdeen base at Aberdeen Airport, if preferred. Occasional travel to our Perth base will be required for the successful candidate. SCAA supports flexible and hybrid working arrangements—our current approach typically includes two office days per week for those working on a hybrid basis. The usual hours and days of work will be Monday to Friday, 9am—5pm.
About You
Essential
- Significant experience leading data strategy, governance or CRM development in a fundraising, marketing or customer insight environment.
- Strong knowledge of data protection and GDPR compliance, with understanding of DPO responsibilities.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and interpreting data analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience overseeing CRM systems from a strategic perspective, including planning for improvements or new systems.
- Working knowledge of Power BI or other data visualisation tools from a user or strategic oversight perspective.

Role summary:
UK Community Foundations is looking for a part-time Project Manager to support the team on an interim fixed-term basis of 3 months (commencing as soon as possible).
The main purpose of this role is to lead on our Revitalising Trusts Programme which we run in partnership with the Charity Commission for England and Wales. The Revitalising Trusts Programme aims to ensure that inactive charitable trusts are either revitalised, or their assets are transferred to another charity (in the cases we manage, this is typically to a community foundation).
You will be highly organised, proactive and have excellent attention to detail – a completer-finisher who takes pride in seeing projects through to the end. The ability to build strong relationships with member community foundations and the team at the Charity Commission is crucial to the programme’s success. Legal and charity governance experience is not essential but would be an asset to the role.
The successful Project Manager will be asked to provide support to the wider team on other strategic projects as needed, so we welcome an open and flexible mindset.
The role is very flexible. We are largely a fully remote team (with some desk space available in central London, if preferred). We are open to requests for flexible working patterns, e.g. 2 or 3 days per week, or a few hours each day. This is advertised as a 3-month fixed-term contract but there may be scope to extend the role.

Responsibilities:
Revitalising trusts and trust transfers
- Lead on the delivery of the Revitalising Trusts Programme
- Work closely with and build strong relationships with the Charity Commission
- Manage the inactive trusts pipeline, ensuring timely progress
- Work through various processes required to transfer trusts and trust funds. This will include navigating charity governance requirements and changing bank mandates
- Ensure clear communications about the programme with all stakeholders as required
- Provide support to trustees in transferring active and inactive trusts to the network, or another charity when more appropriate
Dormant charity accounts
- Liaise with the Charity Commission and relevant banks to progress caseloads, ensuring account transfers happen swiftly and legally
- Lead on distribution of investments to participating community foundations
Wider project management (<10% of the time)
- Provide light-touch support for colleagues leading on other strategic priorities, including an ongoing digital transformation programme
About you:
Skills and experience
- Experience of working with trusts and good knowledge of charity governance
- Strong finance skills and an understanding of charity endowments would be desirable
- A track record of influencing stakeholders, key opinion formers and decision makers
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise conflicting tasks
- Legal experience is not essential but would be an asset to the role
- Experience of working with the Charity Commission is not essential but would also be an asset to the role

CoramIAC is a Voluntary Adoption Agency which specialises in Intercountry Adoptions. This position is a member of the Leadership Team and will have a pivotal role in leading, developing and managing a range of operational adoptions services, ensuring that they meet the needs of children we are providing services for, including all legal, policies, guidelines, and internal standards. They will play a key role in helping to develop new services and where appropriate will take operational control of these.
About the Role
The Service Manager post holder will take the lead responsibility (under Ofsted registration) as the Registered Manager of CoramIAC. They will ensure the ongoing delivery of an outstanding VAA that is fully compliant with national minimum standards and regulations; and ensuring high quality adoption support and a sufficient supply of adopters that reflects the diversity of the countries they are adopting from.
Applying to adopt in the UK is open to anyone already in the process with CoramIAC but we do not actively recruit domestic adopters like other VAAs. Approved Intercountry Adopters may however request to change their approval advice to the UK if they are considered a suitable match for children available and waiting for permanence through Adoption in the UK.
CoramIAC predominantly serve prospective adopters from the global majority and as such recruit and train a highly diverse and skilled group of adopters to enable the best outcomes for children whilst also offering adopter and sector diversity for potentially harder to place children. This includes family groups and older children. Our offer to RAAs via our domestic program therefore delivers families for children who often wait the longest in the care system.
Please note, the successful candidate must have a degree in Social Work or equivalent. They must also have significant post qualification experience at a Team Manager level in Adoption services, and a demonstrated passion for working in the adoption, children and families sector.

As the organisation has grown, our digital systems and tools have developed organically. We are now seeking a dedicated individual to take ownership of our digital systems, tools and IT landscape. This is a new, full-time role requiring a strong understanding of system integrations and APIs, experience managing and developing business systems, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. You will help ensure we have an effective, well-integrated digital ecosystem with systems that are fit for purpose, fully utilised and data-compliant.
You will work closely with colleagues across our London and Berlin offices, while also ensuring our digital tools effectively support our global volunteer network (National committees) and prospective students across more than 150 countries and territories. The successful candidate will bring proven experience in business systems or application development — particularly CRMs — and the ability to bring clarity, structure and optimisation to a complex digital environment.

We are looking for a CRM Project Manager to join our Enterprise Solutions Team on a fixed-term contract, ending 31st December 2026. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in delivering CRM projects that will provide robust, future-focused solutions to support customer-centric engagement across Blue Cross, benefitting our supporters, clients and customers alike.
More about the role
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Solutions and working closely with colleagues and strategic partners, you will be instrumental in improving the accessibility, availability, performance and security of our CRM products. You will take ownership of project objectives agreed by the Project Steering Group and provide clear vision, leadership and direction to the project team throughout the programme lifecycle. This will include planning, monitoring and evaluating work, taking responsibility for performance and ensuring that any required improvements are identified and delivered.
You will ensure projects are effectively controlled through strong project planning, scope management, resourcing and financial oversight. A key part of the role will involve producing timely, accurate reporting and escalating progress, risks and issues to senior stakeholders within the project governance structure. You will coordinate and organise project and organisational resources, build strong working relationships across departments and geographies, and confidently manage changing goals and requirements, responding proactively to both challenges and opportunities as they arise.
Collaboration will be central to your success, as you engage positively with initiative leads, subject matter experts, delivery partners, the CRM Steering Group, CRM Leads and the CRM Process Change Analyst. You will also act as a champion for positive organisational change through the Central Platform programme.
About you
Essential qualifications, skills and experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, working to time, budget and specification constraints.
- Thorough understanding of risk management.
- Considerable experience working in CRM implementations, emerging Microsoft CRM technologies and best practice.
Although not essential, it would be great if you had;
- Prince 2 Practitioner, Agile PM or PMP certification.
- Understanding of website integration and digital marketing.
- Background in systems support, database management or MI reporting.

In this pivotal role, you’ll help shape the future of our work and ensure we continue improving the lives of local people affected by cancer.
About the Role
As a key member of Big C’s Executive leadership team, you will bring a specialist knowledge of cancer and act as an ambassador for the charity in this area of expertise.
You will serve as the clinical lead for the charity with leadership and management responsibilities of our Cancer Support Centres and Hubs, our Health Academy programmes, and of the teams that deliver them. This includes collaborating with internal colleagues and external partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality, sustainable services for anyone affected by cancer. An example we are proud of is the practical help with social and financial concerns through our Citizens Advice welfare advisors.
You will also support the Chief Executive with the strategic development and direction of Big C’s cancer support services and health academy programmes. This role requires clinical expertise and demonstrable experience to successfully lead the delivery of Big C’s charitable operations to meet rising demand.
On occasion, like other members of the Executive team, you will be required to deputise for the Chief Executive in their absence.
Location: You will be based in Big C’s office in Centrum, a bright and modern building on Norwich Research Park. Informally, some home working is possible, but you will need to work from the office and other Big C sites regularly.
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £60,000 to £65,000 per annum (subject to skills and experience)

You will be an experienced clinical leader with a strong track record of operating at a senior level, ideally within healthcare or the charity sector. About the Role
You will ensure the organisation maintains robust management of all funding and supplier contracts, meets its contractual and reporting obligations, and operates strong, compliant procurement processes. Acting as a vital link between fundraising, service delivery, and finance, you will support colleagues across the organisation to manage risk, ensure compliance, and achieve best value.
This role is part-time, with flexibility to work 3 or 4 days per week, and will be mostly hybrid, with Camberwell as the base location.
Key Responsibilities
- Review all new funding contracts prior to signing, identifying key terms, risks, and obligations
- Support Fundraising and Services teams to assess bid conditions and identify contractual or compliance risks
- Manage the contract approval and signing process, including trustee approvals where required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases of all funding and supplier contracts, including variations and extensions
- Act as a key point of contact for fundraising and services teams on funder reporting requirements and deadlines
- Work with the Fundraising team to maximise the use of CRM systems to support effective contract management
- Review supplier contracts for goods and services prior to signing
- Own and oversee the organisation’s procurement processes
- Support service delivery and finance teams to ensure procurement procedures are followed
- Support tender processes to ensure best practice, value for money, and compliance
- Ensure confidentiality and information security in line with data protection and IT policies
- Promote sustainable working practices and reduce the environmental impact of St Giles’ operations

About You
