Mae Llywodraeth Cymru a Chyngor Celfyddydau Cymru'n cydweithio ar brosiect pwysig i wella ansawdd dysgu creadigol yn ysgolion Cymru. Pennwyd rhaglen uchelgeisiol o weithgarwch yn Dysgu Creadigol trwy'r Celfyddydau – cynllun gweithredu i Gymru.
Pennodd y Cynllun strategaeth weithredu ar y cyd sydd wedi galluogi Cyngor y Celfyddydau a Llywodraeth Cymru i gydweithio i roi argymhellion adroddiad yr adolygiad o'r Celfyddydau mewn Addysg (Smith 2013) ar waith. Mae'r cynllun wedi gweithredu'n effeithiol dros yr 8 mlynedd rhwng 2015 a 2023 ac mae Llywodraeth Cymru wedi cytuno i barhau i weithio mewn partneriaeth â Chyngor Celfyddydau Cymru hyd at 2025.

Maent yn gynorthwyo Rheolwr y Rhaglen wrth ddatblygu polisi a strategaeth mewn perthynas â’r rhaglen Dysgu Creadigol trwy’r Celfyddydau, a’i chyflwyniad llwyddiannus. I gael disgrifiad llawn o ddyletswyddau a chyfrifoldebau, cyfeiriwch at y disgrifiad swydd.

Project Lead (Creative Learning through the Arts)
Full-time, 37 hours per week
12-month contract (maternity cover)
Grade D: Starting salary of £42,589
Location: This role is based at the Arts Council of Wales office in Colwyn Bay. We are currently working in a hybrid way.

About Creative Learning:
The Welsh Government and Arts Council of Wales are collaborating on a major project to enhance the quality of creative learning in Wales’ schools. An ambitious programme of activity has been set out in Creative Learning through the arts – an action plan for Wales.
The Plan set out a joint implementation strategy that has enabled the Arts Council and Welsh Government to work together to implement the recommendations contained in the Arts in Education review report (Smith 2013). The plan has been successfully delivered over the 8 years from 2015 – 2023 and the Welsh Government has agreed to continue to work in partnership with the Arts Council of Wales until 2025.
About Project Leads:
There are 6 Project Leads (including this vacancy) and between them they cover the range of duties described in the job description. They support the Programme Manager in the development of policy and strategy in relation to the Creative Learning through the Arts programme, and its successful delivery. About you:
You will have a passion for the arts and education, as well as the vision to manage and implement initiatives that advance the Arts and Creative Learning plan. You will need to be able to communicate well with colleagues and stakeholders and work in partnership with Education, Arts and/or creative learning. You will ideally also have sound knowledge of project management techniques and quality assurance approaches.
Welsh Language
We work in both English and Welsh. Fluency in Welsh (both written and spoken) is essential for this post. We can support you to develop and improve your language skills.

We are working with an independent research institute who are recruiting for a Executive Assistant to the Director and COO. The Director, has responsibility for research within the institute, and also is a senior professor. The COO, oversees the charitable and administrative structures of both the institute.
Although the primary focus of the role is support for the Director and COO, the role will contribute to the wider institute, particularly event and meeting support. It will be a varied role which will suit someone with previous experience of administration or personal assistant work in the area of science of healthcare.
As EA you will
- Act as gatekeeper between internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage all aspects of the Director's quarterly trustees including collating, editing and proofreading ready for submission to the Board.
- Schedule management on behalf of the Director and COO.
- Produce high quality reports, summaries, presentations and organisation charts.
- Provide secretariat support for monthly Leadership meetings and quarterly trustee meetings.
- Provide meeting briefings and summaries for the Director/COO.

Salary: £40,845 per annum rising to £42,996 after 12 months in London. £36,817 per annum rising to £38,968 after 12 months outside of London.

Our business is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate and innovative team player to help us provide expert strategy support to clients across England. You’ll need to be a confident facilitator attuned to the needs of the sector, identifying emerging themes and areas of support.
The role focuses on the delivery of consultancy and training. It is responsible for meeting income targets, managing project budgets, and coordinating projects. This is done with oversight and support from senior and lead consultants.
You will:
- develop bids and work with clients independently – gaining input and agreement from other consultants on viability and the decision to bid
- pitch for work
- manage and coordinate projects from end to end, with support from senior and lead consultants
- communicate and influence effectively
- coordinate the work of existing associates and agree fees within an established framework.
You don’t need to have experience working as a consultant before. But we need you to be curious, analytical and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Chief Executive Officer
High Peak CVS is a charitable organisation that supports community and voluntary groups across the High Peak area of Derbyshire. An exciting opportunity has now arisen and we are looking to recruit our new Chief Executive Officer.
The main purpose of the job is to ensure and deliver the co-ordinated and sustainable operation and future development of High Peak CVS as the infrastructure organisation for the voluntary and community sector in the High Peak of Derbyshire.

As Chief Executive Officer you will lead the charity to ensure we deliver a high quality service to the local community, our members and partners.
You will look at developing new areas of work within the organisation’s aims and objectives as well as seeking sustainability and continuity with current projects.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide effective leadership, supervision and management to the staff and volunteer team, ensuring that appropriate targets are set and delivered.
- Negotiate, prepare and develop applications and contracts to enable the development of agreed projects and work programmes.
- Explore and appraise potential new initiatives for the CVS, providing detailed recommendations to the Board of Trustees/Directors.
- In conjunction with the Board of Trustees/Directors plan, develop, implement and monitor strategies to ensure the current and future viability of the CVS.
- Maintain and develop new and existing relationships with stakeholders from all sectors, providing leadership and direction.
- Provide effective, inclusive representation of the High Peak VCS in a wide range of forums.
- Carry out work in accordance with all external regulations and CVS policies and procedures, developing new ones where necessary.
- Work in collaboration with the Board of Trustees to ensure the organisation meets its legal obligations, operates within its charitable objects and has good management of its financial and staffing resources.
- Report to the Board of Trustees on internal and external developments.
- Ensure that the organisation has the appropriate management systems and structures in place to carry out its work effectively and safely.
- Contribute to writing grant applications for future projects and core work. Undertake training and development as required.
