The Estate Officer will ensure the delivery of the regional maintenance programme, comprising routine, periodic, planned and urgent works, and the delivery of time limited maintenance consultancy and estate management projects. Working alongside the Conservation Projects Manager, the post holder will ensure regional estate compliance with CCT policies.

The post holder will be the main contact for all maintenance related matters and will maintain the property management records for the estate, develop volunteer projects and training on maintenance reporting and conservation cleaning and will assist with fundraising.

Supported Housing Manager

Treasures Foundation offers accommodation and outreach to vulnerable women who have backgrounds of addiction, trauma, mental health and the criminal justice system. We provide housing and support until women can make the transition into their own homes, with some long-arm support extending beyond this period.

The Area Manager will work alongside the COO and CEO to help develop and manage the existing service as well as a new detox provision. Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Providing guidance to Specialist Support Manager, Project workers and Volunteers to support their professional development, ensuring that the service is run professionally, efficiently and effectively.

· Fostering a holistic approach to supporting staffs needs, through supervision and appraisals.

Stratford Literary Festival, founded in 2008, is one of the UK’s most exciting and innovative literary festivals. With a passion for storytelling and a strong belief in the lifelong benefits of literacy, we deliver two major festivals each year (Spring & Winter), alongside an inspiring programme of year-round outreach work in the community.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and meticulous Festival Administrator to support both our ticketed events and our charitable activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a friendly and committed team, making a real difference through the power of books.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Festival Director with a variety of key admin tasks

• Communicating with authors and publishers to coordinate festival appearances

• Managing detailed spreadsheets and updating online event information

• Uploading events to the box office system and our website

• Liaising with venues and keeping track of logistics

• Collaborating with our freelance team during festival periods

• Problem-solving and responding to last-minute changes (as often happens with live events!)

• Coordinating with schools and community partners for our outreach programmes

• Helping to manage fundraising campaigns and maintaining our Festival Friends database

What We’re Looking For:

• A self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Someone who’s efficient, dependable, and loves ticking things off a list

• Comfortable juggling different tasks and working to deadlines

• Experience with Google Sheets/Docs, Xero and Excel is essential

• Bonus points if you’ve used website CMS platforms or design tools like Photoshop or Canva

• You must be based in or near Stratford-upon-Avon 

This is a part-time role (15 hours per week), with hours agreed in advance with the Festival Director. Additional (paid) hours will be required during each festival period, including some weekend work. The role is primarily home-based, with regular face-to-face meetings and onsite presence during live events.

Mission Without Borders International (MWBI) is a Christian organisation working in six of the poorest countries in Eastern Europe, raising funds through twelve organizations.   

We are an international network of Christians who journey with the poor and marginalized, bringing practical and spiritual support with hope of a better future, enabling and encouraging people to lift themselves out of poverty, always sharing the hope that is found in Jesus Christ. We serve people without regard to their religion or ethnic background.

We want to see lives transformed, across generations, with hope for the future. Consequently, we work with families; with children, living in both communities and government institutions; and with the elderly, who are often the most isolated in poor communities. We journey with them over a five-year period to ensure we develop sustainable solutions and always in partnership with the local Church and a network of Coordinators who live in their local communities.

This is a pivotal moment for MWBI.

Mission Without Borders International is embarking on a season of renewal and growth. We have successfully implemented a new CRM system across our 12 affiliates who are scoped with raising financial and prayer support. The next phase of our systems upgrade will involve rolling out the new CRM system to our 6 field country operations in 2026. And then a new finance system. All of this with the goal of creating dashboards of data which provide real-time insights into the mission’s consolidated financial position and inform strategic decision-making. It is into this exciting new stage of the Mission that we seek a Director of Finance.

You will be a Christian, qualified accountant with proven experience as an international finance leader, having implemented new systems and worked across multiple jurisdictions. Experience of the charity/humanitarian sector and an understanding of the complexities of in-country programme management would be beneficial. You will have an open and servant-hearted leadership style that leads through team building and a drive to see excellence delivered through strong and transparent working relationships. You will be passionate about our vision to reach people for Christ.

This post is subject to an occupational requirement that the holder is a practising Christian under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.

Complete registration administration in accordance with contractual requirements, following systems and processes to ensure accuracy and excellent communication with service users and other stakeholders.

Information, advice and guidance

Work one-on-one with adults and children with a visual impairment and their carers/ families, providing a comprehensive initial assessment in a person-centred, empathetic, and empowering manner.

Provide internal and external referrals and deliver follow-up actions to enable maximum wellbeing for service users.

Manage incoming and outgoing referrals internally and with a wide range of external providers, communicating promptly to manage cases effectively and safely.

Work closely with team members and volunteers to collate and send Information Packs and other necessary communications such as appointment letters in accessible formats.

Assess risks as needed and report any safeguarding concerns to the Safeguarding Lead.

Equipment

Be aware of and able demonstrate and advise on equipment for people with a visual impairment when needed and/or refer to other services.

If needed during home/ care home visits, provide minor adaptations such as high visibility tape on steps or tactile markings on appliances.

Data management

Ensure that all service delivery to individuals and service user data is promptly and appropriately recorded and managed on the Vision North Somerset database, in accordance with procedures.

Work with team members and volunteers to maintain accuracy of the Vision North Somerset service user database, including collecting data permissions and equality monitoring information from service users during visits.

Local networking and knowledge

Develop and maintain knowledge and resources on relevant services offered by organisations to people in North Somerset. Work with the Administrator to maintain records on online files and paper files (for example service leaflets).

Occasionally attend local meetings, arrange meetings with staff from key local organisations or represent Vision North Somerset to develop mutual knowledge of local services. 

Working as part of a team (common to all Vision North Somerset job descriptions)

· Maintain effective communication and positive working relationships with Vision North Somerset staff (and volunteers if appropriate).

· Ensure that other staff understand your role and that you work cooperatively with good communication.

· Maintain awareness of and follow our policies and processes.

· Undertake regular supervision meetings and training in topics such as: accessible information, safeguarding, health and safety, data protection, equality, diversity, and inclusion.

· Assist in the planning and improving of the delivery of service improvement and participate positively in the implementation of new working methods and practices as required.

· Be an excellent ambassador for the charity.

· Carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main duties.
