We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the Executive department of Samaritan’s Purse International (SPI) and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA), supporting the Executive Director (ED) and wider Senior Management Team (SMT). The role is part time (21 hours per week) and based from our head office in Coventry.
The post holder will need to have meticulous attention to detail, be highly organised and have excellent administrative skills. A key aspect of the role is building collaborative relationships internally and externally. Proven experience working at Executive Director level is essential.
Duties will include:
- Providing full administrative and secretarial service to the ED and SMT

- Undertake general administrative duties as requested by the ED and SMT

As the Administration and Liaison Officer you will be the primary point of contact and the face of the Rugby foodbank for all stakeholders. The Campaign Coordinator will deliver a campaign strategy immediately before and after the General Election. To support local campaigns teams to engage with Prospective Parliamentary Candidates, including organising local hustings. You will ensure that your community campaign teams: attend national Trussell Trust webinars, receive national guidance on how to approach Prospective Parliamentary Candidates, understand the Trussell Trust legal General Election guidance, understand the logistics of organising a hustings, ensure that the hustings is as accessible as possible and ensure that the voices of people with lived experience are heard through the hustings.

The Food bank Campaign Coordinator is responsible for delivering Trussell Trust’s influencing and mobilising work, in their target area, during the General Election. You will do this by building strong relationships with other food banks in your Parliamentary constituency areas of Rhondda and Ogmore, Bridgend and Vale of Glamorgan. We are looking for an enthusiatic and creative Mid-Level Graphic Designer. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with CCX's mission and branding guidelines. Working within our hybrid management model, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions for various projects and initiatives.
Your designs will play a crucial role in effectively communicating our message and equipping leaders within the Church for discipleship in new and renewed ways.
Duties and Accountabilities
● Designing print and digital materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, website assets, course material and other promotional materials.
● Collaborating with project teams to understand project requirements and objectives, and translating them into visually engaging designs.
● Maintaining and adhering to CCX's brand guidelines across all design work, ensuring consistency and alignment with our mission and values.
● Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas and concepts to enhance project outcomes.
● Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

He/she will join our highly committed Fundraising and Supporter Partnerships Team and will work in a team of Supporter Partnerships Officers. The role holder will:
- Maximise engagement with our supporters and respond to their enquiries.
- Work on various administrative activities, including processing gifts, updating CRM/donor database, campaign response handling, and general office administration duties.
- Represent LCM at external events, including a week-long conference each year.
The successful candidate will be a committed, prayerful Christian with demonstrable experience in providing excellent customer service and supporter care along with strong administration skills and attention to detail. This is a new role for the Circuit, replacing a volunteer. In designing the position, the Circuit has aimed for maximum flexibility to secure the best candidate for the role. Initially, the person will need physically to attend some meetings to familiarise themselves with the Circuit's operations and ensure a smooth hand-over. For the right person, though, there will be considerable flexibility about how the duties are fulfilled in the longer-term. It is specifically expected that the role will allow for flexible scheduling to accommodate other responsibilities, including caring.
The Richmond & Hounslow Circuit comprises seven churches in southwest London. As with all Methodist circuits, these churches function autonomously yet collaborate closely in their ministry and mission efforts. The Circuit oversees joint resources, including staff and property. Presently, it employs four full-time ordained ministers, one full-time lay pastor, and a part-time administrator. As a part of the Methodist Church, its mission is “to respond to the gospel of God’s love in Christ and to live out its discipleship in worship and mission”. To fulfil this mission, the Circuit fosters a broad spectrum of ministry within its congregations, focusing on worship but also engaging in outreach to the homeless, asylum seekers, new parents, and various other groups. Joining a welcoming team, the successul applicant will be a crucial part of an organisation committed to serving Christ and the community.

The Diocese of Guildford has an exciting part-time opportunity for a Community Project Lead to manage our parish-based community project, Hear Here. As a member of the Mission Enabler Team, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly with enthusiastic colleagues across the wider Church House.
The Hear Here Project is a collaboration between the Diocese, Parishes, NHS Audiology Departments and Sight for Surrey to assist those who wear an NHS-issued hearing aid with any technical issues at clinics run by trained hearing champions. The clinics work to reduce social isolation through the maintenance of hearing devices, conversation, and friendship.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Manage a team of volunteers to ensure clinics run consistently, safely, and according to required standards.
· Delivery of training in partnership with NHS trusts and development of complementary missional training.
· Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

· Have experience in leading, developing and managing volunteer teams.
