The Role
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of maintaining a vibrant online community that connects STEM Ambassadors, educators and partners. Working alongside the Community and Content Manager, you’ll:
- Create compelling content: Lead on the development of content, curate engaging campaigns and identify the best distribution channels that will bring STEM to life.
- Foster engagement: Lead initiatives like competitions and milestone celebrations, interact with community members and curate diverse content to increase engagement and keep the community buzzing with activity.
- Platform support: Facilitate the effective use of the online platform (Higher Logic Thrive) and provide guidance to members, educators and STEM Ambassadors.
- Build partnerships: Collaborate with key employers, educational institutions and volunteers to amplify the community’s impact.
- Shape the future: Take ownership of innovative projects and continuously improve how we engage and inspire our network.

Supporter Care Fundraising Manager
Do you have experience on how to lead a supporter care team to deliver excellent supporter experience? Do you have project management skills? Yes, then we may have the role you are looking for.
We are seeking an experienced Supporter Care Fundraising Manager who wants to join a vibrant and dynamic fundraising team. This role is full time (37.5 hours per week) on a permanent contract. Our team meet one day a week in our London office, but we are flexible with where you work the remainder of the time.
What your day will look like as a Supporter Care Fundraising Manager
- Working closely with the fundraising teams, you will be responsible for supporter care and the development and implementation of long-term supporter experience across the directorate.
- You will ensure the provision of excellent customer service to all supporters across multiple fundraising activities and overseeing the Supporter Care vision and direction of the team.
- You will be able to optimise the tools we have to enhance supporter care as we bring on our new Salesforce CRM database alongside Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Make sure our processes are making the most of the latest functionality to streamline ways of working and improve the experience for our supporters.
- You will work closely with teams across including community & events, individual giving and legacy marketing and will have excellent leadership skills to develop your team, working collaboratively across the organisation.
Skills & Experience as a Supporter Care Fundraising manager
- You will have good experience of leading a successful supporter care team that has improved supporter care in a previous role.
- You will have an excellent knowledge of how to improve supporter experience and measure this through KPIs.
- You will also have a good understanding of sector regulation, data protection, the Gift Aid scheme and Direct Debit regulations.

We are seeking an individual to undertake the dual role of promoting the profile of the RAF Benevolent Funds welfare offer, whilst also carrying out welfare casework. Post holders will be expected to undertake holistic assessment of need both remotely (over the telephone and online) and when required in person across their region. You will be expected to work with individuals who may have complex and sometimes challenging welfare needs, assisting them by identifying appropriate support from within both the RAF Benevolent Fund and the wider statutory and military charity sector, ensuring that support is made available to meet their need through the case working process.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a social welfare role supporting individuals and will have strong people and relationship-building skills, as well as empathy with or understanding of issues affecting the Armed Forces community.
This is a community-based position working from home but covering the Yorkshire and Durham areas, ideally based in the York area. The candidate must have their own vehicle for use of traveling around the regions. Occasional travel to London will be required. We are seeking a Data and Impact Officer to join us to work closely with our Head of Data and Impact and Impact and Evaluation Manager. The role will include administering and developing our database, helping to assess the impact of our
programmes, and producing reports for varied audiences including staff members delivering the IntoUniversity programme
in our centres. As part of a small team, you’ll be involved in providing key data support from the start.
Full training in Excel, Salesforce and data analysis will be provided by the charity’s experts. Prior experience in these areas is not essential, as long as you are a quick learner who is keen to develop your skills. The role is busy and fast-paced. You’ll be meticulous, organised and work to high standards, with a sharp eye for detail. You will enjoy problem solving, have the ability to produce well-presented documentation and be proactive in helping us to improve and innovate.

We are looking for an outgoing and personable individual who excels in building relationships and providing exceptional support to our fundraising supporters.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporter-Led Fundraising: Provide comprehensive support to our fundraising supporters, including those organising coffee mornings, quizzes, and other events. Offer guidance on maximising their fundraising efforts through outbound phone calls and emails.
- Stewardship: Ensure excellent stewardship by maintaining regular communication with supporters, understanding their needs, and providing the necessary resources to help them succeed.
- Community and National Events Support: Collaborate with community fundraising teams and national events teams across the UK to provide consistent and effective support.
- High-Value Supporters: Identify high-value supporters and seamlessly transition them to local support teams for personalised engagement.
- Reporting: Produce detailed reports on the performance and activity of event participants across the UK.
Key Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing fundraising role, whether in a paid or voluntary capacity.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Camberwell or Holloway Rd with travel across London

The role will require a minimum of 3 days a week situated between Camberwell and Holloway Road. The role will require for one weekend a month Rescue Coordinator duty. This will require being on call between the hours of 2pm-10pm to coordinate rescues across the country. Any time accrued during the weekend will be taken back as toil.

About this key role
As our Alliance Caseworker, you will provide young person-centred holistic support in line with St Giles’ service delivery model, which will also include conducting robust risk and strengths-based needs assessments, with safeguarding as the priority, ensuring that the most appropriate intervention is offered and risks are managed and escalated appropriately.
We will also rely on you to develop and maintain relationships with other stakeholders, such as police, YOT, Probation, children's services and local authorities, plus make appropriate onward referrals and signpost young people to other support services and positive activities. Accurately recording all aspects of the work, including action plans, outcomes and session data on a day-to-day basis activity is a key aspect of this role, as is efficiently closing cases and identifying appropriate referral routes for ongoing support and crisis management.
What we are looking for
• Experience of conducting risk assessments and identifying the needs of children and young people who are at risk of significant harm
• Experience in working as part of a multiagency team, working together to achieve positive outcomes for young people and their parents/carers
• A thorough knowledge and understanding of the physical, social, emotional and developmental needs of children and young people
• A full UK Driving Licence
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills, written and verbal

Reporting to the Director of Property Services, you will lead multiple improvement projects across our diverse housing stock. Additional responsibilities in the role of Head of Reinvestment and Sustainability:

- Prepare capital budgets, revenue forecasts, and programme schedules.
- Oversee the design, procurement, and delivery of construction proposals for planned maintenance programmes.
