You will be an experienced people, project, and services manager with a track record and flair for developing and delivering community-based services to contract, and which meet identified community needs, in a consistently high quality way. With strong financial acumen and the ability to develop and monitor budgets, you will analyse and explain variances, manage complex and time-limited funding streams, and collaborate regularly with the finance team. The Role

A rare opportunity has arisen and we are expanding our Fiduciary Team. We are seeking to appoint a Fiduciary Risk Manager to join our established Fiduciary Risk team working on the financial management of funds and grants awarded to new and existing grantees.

The fund works with tech start-ups Africa and Asia utilizing AI and mobile solutions for humanitarian impact. MannionDaniels have been contracted by GSMA to deliver this funding mechanism and works alongside the grant team in GSMA.

Within these two funding rounds, all grants have already been contracted and are in operation.  The role will primarily involve the management of a small portfolio of grantees, and leadership of a team of 2 Fiduciary Risk Officers who will manage grants covering the rest of the portfolio.

The Fund is funded by UK Aid from the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) and by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) and is supported by the GSMA and its members.

Reporting to the GSMA Team Lead, you will lead the management of the financial side of the grants and mitigating fiduciary risks. Experienced in financial review and reporting, you will conduct due diligence and use financial analysis to provide accurate, financial reports.

About you

You will be a Graduate with a minimum of 8 years’ experience or have comparable experience in a financial/fiduciary role and, be able to competently demonstrate the following.

• Lead on management of the Fund Manager’s portfolio in the GSMA Innovation Fund for Impactful AI and Mobil for Humanitarian
• Lead the financial side of the grant closure process
• Provide technical support for the grant management teams ensuring budget templates and financial reporting processes are understood and adhered to.
• Provide leadership to two Fiduciary Risk Officers.

Strong written and communication skills are a prerequisite, alongside proficient use of MS Office and advanced Excel.

About the role

This role will provide leadership and management for CCLC particularly focused on the Legal Practice Unit’s legal aid billing operations. Through systematic and efficient management, the post-holder will play a pivotal role in CCLC’s financial and operational sustainability. The role will be accountable for maximising the unit’s legal aid billing in controlled work, certificated work and inter partes costs and will hold responsibility for the unit’s billing systems. It will also be responsible for private fees billing. The post-holder will oversee the smooth running of legal aid billing including through line management of the billing team. The post-holder will work very closely with legal, operations and administrative staff. The role will act as a key point of contact for a range of internal and external stakeholders including Coram’s central finance team who will support the role with grant fund management and overall accounting functions for CCLC. The post-holder will support the Managing Director of Legal Practice and Children’s Rights and department heads in the successful maintenance of our relationship with the Legal Aid Agency. Where appropriate they will be deputising for the Managing Director on legal aid and financial matters.

The role would suit a highly organised and efficient legal aid lawyer, or a finance or billing professional with solid experience of legal practice and a deep understanding of the challenges of legal aid. Whilst candidates with direct experience of legal billing (and more specifically civil legal aid billing) are welcomed, we recognise that this is a highly specialised and niche field. As such, this role could suit a highly experienced solicitor who appreciates the important role developing sustainable businesses plays in ensuring access to justice and who therefore wishes to move into practice and financial management. They will need an aptitude for processing large amounts of data, developing and managing spreadsheets and improving organisational systems. However, they will be well supported through training, an enthusiastic and competent junior billing team, the central finance team and an outsourced legal cashiering company, as well as a friendly and collaborative management team including the Managing Director and the Heads of Education Law, Community Care Law and Immigration and Asylum Law.

This is a largely office-based role in order to fully provide support to the billing team. However, some remote / hybrid working may be possible depending the experience of the candidate after the initial settling in period and there will be flexibility over how the three days will be spread across the week (within working hours). The team are mostly based in the London office and with one billing team member in Colchester so the post holder may require some occasional travel.

The Supervising Solicitor – Legal Aid is a key role in shaping and strengthening Release’s legal services. About the Role

As a Case-handler you will work as part of the team responsible for conducting the initial assessment process for complaints and for resolving complaints.  This is a public-facing role with a varied and interesting caseload that involves extensive interaction with students and universities/colleges.

Full training will be provided and a mentor will be at hand to help support and help you understand the needs and demands of the role.

Please note that minimum office attendance of one day a week is required, and more attendance will be needed during your probationary period (6 months). All successful candidates will start at the starting salary point shown and this is non-negotiable.

Responsibilities include:

• Determine whether complaints are eligible for review and communicate decisions to students;
• Request and obtain documentation and information from higher education providers, students and student representatives;
• Promote early resolution of cases by contacting students, student representatives and providers with a view to negotiating the early settlement of complaints;
• Provide effective guidance to students, student representatives and providers on the case-handling process, possible remedies and typical timeframes;
• Conduct reviews of complaints, draft and issue Complaint Outcomes

The Role

The Marketing and PR Manager leads Devon Air Ambulance’s media relations, public relations, and integrated marketing activity to build awareness, advocacy, and income, shaping the organisation’s narrative through compelling PR and multi‑channel campaigns while safeguarding its reputation. They will manage proactive and reactive press activity, oversee social media strategy, produce and approve high‑quality content, and maintain strong relationships with media and stakeholders. The role works collaboratively across teams to create cohesive supporter journeys and develop patient and supporter stories. Additionally, the postholder integrates AI‑enabled and monitoring tools to enhance coverage and content quality, ensures brand and regulatory compliance, and line‑manages the Marketing and Communications Officer to support workload, development, and wellbeing.

As Estates Manager, you will be the driving force behind the quality, compliance and safety of Life’s estate. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on management of our property portfolio, ensuring all sites are safe, secure and operating to required standards.

You will:

• Lead Health & Safety and Premises/Facilities Management across the charity
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and internal standards
• Oversee risk management, audits, inspections and safety monitoring
• Manage the Estates Coordinator and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Work with external partners to ensure checks are carried out (Gas, Fire Safety, Legionella, Asbestos, etc.)
• Manage property acquisition, disposal, leases, maintenance and contracts
• Develop and maintain estates policies and reporting systems
• Drive a positive, proactive health & safety culture across Life
