This is a hands-on, varied role within a busy and collaborative Education team, supporting the smooth delivery of professional clinical examinations, including OSCEs and Independent Prescribing assessments.
Role: Education Coordinator (Exams)

Salary/rate: £17.97 per hour
Working arrangements: Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days remote
Location: London, Charing Cross
Employment type: Temporary – ASAP start for approx. 3 months
Working hours: 35 hours per week | Monday–Friday | 9am–5pm

About the Role
Working as part of a dedicated Education team, you’ll provide essential operational support across the full examination lifecycle. From scheduling and candidate communications to logbook management and exam-day delivery, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing Clinical Placement Logbooks (digital and paper-based)
- Scheduling examinations and responding to candidate queries
- Supporting OSCE exam days (attendance required)
- Processing results accurately and to tight deadlines
- Maintaining and manipulating data using CRM systems
- Ensuring GDPR compliance and handling sensitive data appropriately
- Updating examination documentation and website content
- Liaising confidently with internal teams, examiners and candidates
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in assessment, examinations, or qualification delivery
- Strong data management, analysis and reporting skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Confidence handling confidential and sensitive information
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

What You’ll Do

Be a friendly first point of contact for examiner applicants, supporting recruitment, inductions and training.

Coordinate key logistics — travel, accommodation, examiner dinners and meetings.

Support smooth-running committee meetings by scheduling, circulating papers and drafting action logs.

Handle candidate queries and assist with the delivery of Part B (2B) exams.

Maintain accurate examiner records and contribute to new examexpansion projects and initiatives.
What You’ll Need

Strong organisational skills, great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Confident and approachable communication skills, both written and verbal.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

A proactive, positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning new processes.

Experience in administration is essential; experience in exams, education or committee support is a bonus (but not required).

What you’ll do
- Coordinate project meetings, examiner training and related events.
- Test exam processes and content to ensure accuracy and minimise risk.
- Support the creation and updating of SOPs arising from project work.
- Collate and check exam content against required formats and standards.
- Support standard setting activities, including compiling exam data and documentation.
- Manage evidence, scheduling and administration for exam appeals and misconduct cases.
- Minute appeal and misconduct panel meetings.
What you’ll need
- Experience in administration, coordination or project support—ideally in exams, assessment or education.
- Confidence using databases and bespoke systems for content or case management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle varied priorities.

We’re looking for a Community Development Co-Ordinator to join the team. You will support the direct delivery of our community services that supports male survivors to access connection and peer support activities.
You’ll play a key role in supporting clients, either through facilitating our core groups like builders’ yard, drop ins etc. Community development team also provide check ins for clients to keep them engaged and connected with the organisation. The team also supports one off project where required.
