Lead a small team raising the resources and engaging with audiences to support the delivery of wide ranging services helping refugees, asylum seekers and vulnerable migrants to settle and thrive locally. You will deliver income and support by managing your own small team and collaborating with the rest of the organisation to tell stories, share information, build understanding and deliver the income needed to run the organisation. We pride ourselves on quick and dynamic responses to new arrivals and changing needs and want a manger who will relish their part in this.
With a current turnover of £1.5-£2 million, from a good mix of trusts, foundations, individuals, contracts, partnerships, community, there is a constant need to manage amd renew relationships. There is also potential to develop new or underdeveloped areas of collaboration and income.
The manager will have proven all round experience and a track record of delivering income from multiple and varied sources. They will need to work from the Oxford office at least two days a week to build relations with other teams. Beyond that location and working hours are flexible.

As Head of Development, you will help the University develop long-term holistic partnerships with high level donors and ultimately secure financial support for some of the University's most critical priorities.
With responsibility for the design, management and execution of some of the University's most exciting major gift fundraising strategies, you will be part of a warm, supportive and fun team who look out for each other. You will find it a welcoming place to work!
You will be an experienced major gifts fundraiser, or equivalent, who wants to secure gifts at the transformational level, and who will be collaborative, strategic and innovative in approach. Key to your success will be the aptitude to engage with high-net-worth parties, senior level staff across Collegiate Cambridge, academics and with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Thomas’s Foundation, a charitable incorporated organisation established in 2018, is the charitable arm of Thomas’s London Day Schools. Development and Alumni Relations is expanding, and the Associate Director, London is a key appointment. You will work to build and strengthen our networks of alumni and supporters in London, where many of the University's most important and longstanding supporters are based. You will have the opportunity to work on six- and seven-figure gifts, securing philanthropic support for priorities across the Collegiate University, such as building a new Children's Hospital, ensuring global food security, powering a zero-carbon future, protecting endangered ecosystems, understanding the implications of AI, and ensuring everyone has access to world-leading education, regardless of background.
You will be part of the International and Regional Team, reporting to the Head of Development, London. You will work with academics across the full breadth of the Collegiate University, giving you an opportunity to pursue truly donor-led major gift fundraising.
