Men's Minds Matter brings psychological clinical expertise and lived experience to suicide prevention and intervention. In 2021, we launched the MMM model of psychological entrapment and suicidal crises (PESC-M), which now underpins everything we do. This is the first model of its kind, and we believe it has the potential to save many lives.
Our model underpins everything we do from training workshops, research, campaigning, and intervention development across multiple platforms. We are looking for someone as dedicated as we are to oversee our business development and help grow our future financial sustainability.
You will be working alongside our directors to secure funding to these projects whilst co-ordinating our business activities and business development.

Responsible to: MMM Directors
Location: Sheffield – hybrid working
Hours – 37.5 hours per week. PT and flexible hours considered.
Salary – 31-39K per annum depending on experience

What are the key responsibilities?
· You will work with the directors to develop a three-year strategy for Men’s Minds Matter ensuring it is ambitious, relevant and impactful, in line with the overall direction and integrity of Men’s Minds Matter.
· You will manage complex programmes of work for Men’s Minds Matter, including app development, fundraising and partnership working, research and service evaluation, strategic direction. Ensuring high quality work that meets our strategic aims and linking together projects across the work-plan.
· You will work with leading institutions and/or individuals to develop and secure key partnerships and collaborations which achieve Men’s Minds Matter strategic aims as required.

Skills and Experience:
Essential
· Substantial experience of working collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders in the public and voluntary sectors including participation in external forums.
· Experience of fundraising, building partnerships and generating sustainable funding streams.
· Experience of partnership working or initiative with demonstrable ability to engage and galvanise people to participate in it.
· Strong knowledge of the mental health sector and/or suicide prevention.
· Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills, facilitation skills, and a demonstrable ability to network effectively.
· Track record of devising and delivering strategic programmes of work

The role
The research communications and engagement team at Breast Cancer Now makes breast cancer research accessible and engaging to everyone. Its aim is to highlight the value and impact of research and build continued trust and support for the charity.
You'll use your science communication expertise to bring our research to life. You’ll create content covering Breast Cancer Now’s research aims, progress, and achievements for a variety of channels including our social media, website, fundraising and print publications. You’ll work with members of the brand, marketing and communications teams, and digital teams to make sure research content is engaging and drives brand awareness and support.

To succeed in this role, you’ll understand the impact of research and scientific communication for charitable organisations. You’ll be able to translate complex scientific information and tailor it to a variety of audiences. Primary location of role and hybrid working

The role
As Forward Action’s Partnerships Officer, you’ll support the Partnerships Director to build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, so we can help them achieve change on everything from climate change to refugee rights.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage the administration side of our partnerships, from initial contact and briefing, through proposal management, all the way to issuing contracts and drafting scopes. You’ll work across multiple projects and deadlines, managing processes, organising meetings, following up action points, and keeping accurate partnership records.

We need a new Director of Communications. Job Description
Communications:
- Develop, contribute to and implement impact-driven and strategic communications campaigns that build Kineara’s fundraising capacity and raise awareness of the issues
- Develop brand identity for Kineara’s new charitable arm, ensuring it is consistent across all activities in the organisation, while maintaining Kineara’s overall ‘look and feel’ to ensure coherence in branding, colours, messaging, style and approach.
- Oversee the creation, development, distribution of compelling, impact-driven story-telling about Kineara’s work and beneficiaries using interviews, blogs, case studies, etc.
- Use a range of platforms to distribute print and electronic content including, but not limited to, newsletters, brochures, leaflets, posters reports, e-newsletters, and Kineara’s website
- Work closely with IT and business managers to ensure smooth running of internal communications

The British Society for Immunology is an influential and authoritative voice for immunology, a key scientific and health field that plays a central role in many of the most pressing global health challenges we face, including research into the COVID-19 pandemic, developing new treatments and vaccines against disease, and supporting ageing populations to experience healthier lives for longer. This role is split equally between supporting activities of the BSI and those of our publishing portfolio. On the BSI side, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our marketing and communications activity through a variety of channels. Activities can include promoting our membership offering to immunologists working in academia, industry and the clinical sector, promoting key activities such as our events or training offerings, and supporting initiatives to raise the importance and influence of immunology. Duties and responsibilities
• Responsibility for managing Action Tutoring’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube). Based in Harrow, we are a not-for-profit co-operative owned by our workers. We have in-depth knowledge of the local area and of who’s doing what. Our members collectively have over 35 years’ experience in the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector, specialising in capacity building in a variety of different organisational development areas.
